About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life. My first puppy was a Yorkie named Lola, who I got when I was 5 — she was my first love! Animals have always been one of the most meaningful parts of my life, and that hasn’t changed. I currently live with two cats and a dog, including my cat Kai, who is truly my pride and joy and the light of my life. I’d do absolutely anything for him, so I know firsthand what it’s like to love and care for your pet like they’re your child. Growing up, a lot of my volunteer work centered around animals, from helping at shelters to walking dogs in my neighborhood. About: I’ve been a huge animal lover for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I helped my aunt foster and rehabilitate dogs and cats, which gave me experience caring for animals with all kinds of personalities, backgrounds, and needs. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
