She has a lovely calming demeanor and was comfortable and confident in her role and responsibilities. She has deep ties in this community with mutual acquaintances and many years experience. It's not easy handing over your keys and your fur baby(ies) to a 'stranger' but this felt really right. Hiring her for our out of town dates for drop in visits for the cat.”

About: I have been a dedicated animal lover since childhood, growing up in a home surrounded by pets—especially dogs. My entire family owns animals, and I have experience raising a variety of dog breeds from just a few weeks old through their senior years. This hands-on experience has given me strong knowledge of puppy care, training, and overall animal well-being. I am a college student who takes mostly online classes, with one in-person class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. I also have school extracurricular activities Monday through Thursday until 5:00 p.m. I am available in the early mornings, evenings, Sundays, and most Fridays and Saturdays unless otherwise listed. I have a fenced backyard with a large patch of grass, providing plenty of space for play and exercise. I also have two dogs of my own, Spy and Autumn, who are friendly and super playful. I live in a quiet neighborhood and am within reasonable walking distance of nearby parks and walking trails, offering great opportunities for daily walks and outdoor activities.

About: As someone who has their own pets I understand what goes into caring for them properly and responsibly. I provide my pets with the best of the best and will absolutely do so with yours. I'd love the opportunity to care for your pets and provide a peace of mind knowing your animals are in good hands. Available most weekends all day. Mon, Tues, Wed from 6:30 to 10pm. Thursday and Friday from 8:30 to 10pm. I work a regular full time job but am available in the evenings Mon, Tues and Wed. I work from home Thursday and Friday so have more flexibility Unfortunately I cannot host pets in my home as I have three cats of my own. About: I’ve had very much experience sitting for family pets throughout the past 4 years. I do also have experience working with animals through volunteering at an animal shelter for about a year and a half. As of now, I am working in a vet clinic as a veterinary assistant. I am working my way to become a registered veterinary technician! I do have a dog of my own, he is two years old so he is very energetic! I always make sure to take him on walks before I go to school or work! My grandparents do also have a dog which I will always check on and walk as well! Not only do I have my own personal pet care but I also care for pets while I’m working as a veterinary assistant. My dog does get his regular walks and playtime since he’s still a puppy. I always assure he’s well fed, has fresh water and will sometimes give him specific enrichment toys. I always assure the same goes for my grandparents dog, although she is on the older side, I care for her very well.

About: I have been taking care of my Husky, Pogi, for over 10 years now through going on walks and playing with him! I also have taken care of cats occasionally when my family members and friends are out of town, so I love all kinds of pets :) I recently graduated college, so I am able to put time aside to care for your pets! I am mainly free in the afternoons but I am also flexible with time! My dog is a sweet boy and can get along with anyone. I groom, give him remedies if needed, and walk him as much as I can. With cats, I give the. company, provide injected medication, and play (only if they want to lol)

About: I grew up in Africa surrounded by a large family of both humans and animals, so caregiving has always come naturally to me. I took care of every animal imaginable, ranging from dogs to cats, chickens to giant tortoises! After college, I came to Los Angeles in 2009 and began to work as a full-time nanny. As much as I'd love to do free sits for the companionship and travel experience, I am a grad student and can spend weekends taking care of your baby in your home while being supported through school. Your pet and I will bond and we will be best friends. I will send photos everyday. I make sure they eat and are spoiled with treats and enough exercise to keep them sleepy. My motto is, if you keep them tired they will not realize you (the owners) are gone because they will be too busy having fun and sleeping. I find that the pets are far less nervous in their own environment which makes for a much less awkward experience for everyone. Their food is in the same place, their walks are familiar, etc. I give them tons of cuddles and walks, making sure they have fresh water while they sleep in their own beds.

About: I have grown up with animals of all flavors since I was a young child. I truly enjoy the companionship of dogs and cats especially, given their friendly and assisting nature. That's why I have cared for other peoples dogs and cats over several times in the past 15 years. I have been with rover on and off for over 10 years now. I started it in Claremont, CA then I took a break for about 7 months because I was moving around. I spent some time in Louisiana, Upstate NY and am now back in California and ready to play with some lovely furbies (fur babies aka dogs and kitties). I love fur babies so much and having them around is more of an enjoyment than a "Job". If I am watching over your home as well, I am always interested in leaving spaces cleaner than when I found them so feel free to let me know how you would like things to be done in your home. Do you want the trash taken out on a certain day? Are you expecting friends or family to be coming by? Are your pets allowed on your furniture? And any other tasks I can fulfill while there to ensure that your pet and/or home are safe, clean and enjoyable for your return. As an avid animal lover, I’ve had my own dog and several fancy rats in the past and have cared for several of my friends' reptiles. With that said, I am also open to taking care of animals of other species with extensive direction. I’m a pretty active person but can also adapt to whatever your furry friend needs. I thoroughly enjoy playing with animals whether it’s a long walk with your pup or playing with a laser pointer with your cats, I know we will both have a great time. How I care for your pets will strongly depend on how you typically want your pets cared for. I know that animals typically enjoy routine so I try not to stray too far from instruction given, whether that is specific times for play or even specific training. The more you communicate your animals needs the better I can ensure they have an enjoyable stay. I do not give references from other pet parents.
