About: I've had animals my whole life, and right now I share my home with Chanel, my golden retriever, and Miso, my cat. Living with both means I'm just as comfortable with a high-energy dog who needs long walks as I am with a cat who prefers quiet and routine. I have experience with puppies and kittens (my absolute favorite) and with giving medications, so your pet is in good hands whatever their age or needs. Caring for animals is genuinely therapeutic for me, and I'd love to open my own animal sanctuary someday, so this is much more than a side job. You'll also get great photo and video updates of your pet while you're away!! Animals have always been part of my everyday life, and caring for them is honestly one of my favorite parts of the day. I find it really therapeutic, whether that's a long walk, playtime, or just quiet time together. When I care for your pet, I fit easily into their routine and treat them like my own. Someday I'd love to open my own animal sanctuary, so this work means a lot to me. I offer care in your home only, which means your pet stays somewhere familiar and comfortable. I keep up their normal routine, including meals, walks, playtime, and any medications. I also look after your space while I'm there, keeping it tidy and secure. You'll get photo updates throughout the stay so you always know how they're doing!

I've had cats since 4 years of age and have had a minimum of 1 dog in my household since the age of 6. Aside from my own animals, I have house and animal sat before, including for 2 greyhounds, many cats, a bunch of Labradors, horses, and more. I know how important pets are to their humans, and I intend to take the best care of your fur babies as possible. I want nothing more than to give them a good time and to enjoy some of their boundless love in return. If you need someone who vibes with all animals and isn't on rover just for the money, I'm your lady. I have a very open schedule so generally flexible as needed. Can do early morning or late nights depending especially on temperature and your animals needs. Typically I bend to the whims of the animals as acceptable (within the parameters of the owners instructions) - it’s their home and they usually know better than I do.

About: Taking care of any type of dog is something that I always look forward to doing, and I have been doing it for friends, family, and more for most of my life. I am mostly focusing on school, but when I am free, spending time with dogs is something that I have always been interested in. I want to do something that I enjoy instead of a boring, behind the counter job. At my house, my whole front yard is gated, and has a grass area that is perfect for any type of dog, no matter the size. I am perfectly fine at following instructions given by the owner that will best benefit the dog while he/she is my responsibility.
