About: I’ve spent lots of time around animals, and I have a dog of my own! I’m very patient because I work with kids and that transfers into this line of work well! I’m working part-time and have easy transportation which makes this a great gig for me. I’m flexible with my availability and I care about the work that I do. About: I raised a puppy for Canine Companions (service dog organization). I have also dog/house sat for a family friend and their two elderly frenchies. Additionally, I’ve volunteered at Berkeley Humane Society and worked at a doggy daycare/kennel where I helped with all aspects of animal care. I am currently volunteering at Eastwood Ranch. I’m currently a full-time student at UC Berkeley, but my Tuesdays and Thursdays (along with weekends) are mostly open. I also have a car so I’m able to travel to get to surrounding areas of Berkeley. I currently live in a house with 2 other girls, so I’m not willing to offer overnight boarding. However, I’m able to travel and I feel confident in providing for and caring for animals as I’ve grown up with them and cared for them my entire life.
