Kiyarash made the entire boarding experience so easy and stress-free. As a dog parent, I had been dreading the drop-off process for days. My dog gets anxious in new environments, and I was already heartbroken imagining his sad eyes and hearing him cry when I left. To my surprise, none of that happened. From the moment we arrived, my dog seemed comfortable and genuinely happy exploring Kiyarash’s backyard and interacting with his friendly dog. Upon meeting Kiyarash, I immediately felt at ease. He has a calm, knowledgeable presence that instantly reassures you that your pet is in capable hands. Even without being there, I fully trusted that he would be attentive to my dog and make sure he felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. I also had the pleasure of meeting his wife, who is equally warm and kind. It gave me even more peace of mind knowing that if Kiyarash is occupied with something, there is another caring and attentive person helping with the dogs. It truly feels like the dogs are treated as part of the family and are never simply left alone. One thing I especially appreciated was the regular updates. Kiyarash sent photos and videos throughout my dog’s stay, and every dog looked relaxed, happy, and well cared for. A dog’s tail never lies! In the video my dog’s tail was dancing all around! They gain such great socialization as well. Those updates made a huge difference and allowed me to enjoy my time away without worrying. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about animals, I highly recommend Kiyarash. I would absolutely leave my dog with him again.
