About: I genuinely love walking dogs and believe that a well-exercised dog is a happier, healthier dog. Whether your pup enjoys a leisurely neighborhood stroll or a long, energetic hike, I’m happy to tailor each walk to their age, personality, and energy level. I’m in excellent physical shape and enjoy being active, so I’m comfortable with everything from short potty breaks to longer adventures that help dogs stay mentally and physically stimulated. My goal is to make every walk safe, fun, and something your dog looks forward to. I have prior experience caring for celebrity clients’ dogs, but I treat every dog like a VIP. I am also an artist who loves creating pet portraits of many of my former and current customers! After retiring from the corporate world, I’m excited to devote my time to something I’ve always loved—caring for pets. For about a year, I worked for a couple in the entertainment industry, providing daily care for their pets while they traveled for work. I was trusted not only with their pets, but also with the security and care of their home, including overnight, weekend, and extended stays. I understand the importance of being dependable, respectful of your home, and keeping you updated while you’re away. At home, I recently said goodbye to my beloved companion, Charlie, after nearly 13 wonderful years together. While our home doesn’t currently have pets of its own, that means I can devote my full attention and care to your pet. I prefer to care for one family’s pet(s) at a time so they receive the individualized attention, love, and companionship they deserve.

About: All through my life, I've had pets: dogs, cats, fish, you name it. I currently have two dogs, a Rhodesian ridgeback and a terrier mix. I've spent years pet-sitting and walking for friends, family, and neighbors. I grew up helping out around my grandmother's ranch. I've got well-rounded experience with all species, big and small, and equal love for them all. Being back home for the summer, I have plenty of time to give your pet the care they deserve. From morning and evening walks or lunchtime trips to the park, my days are open for your fur babies. Care is tailored to your pet and lifestyle. Dogs stay on leash in non-fenced areas, but in fenced backyards or dog parks, they're free to roam. Only pups with experience at dog parks will be taken to them. Water and food will be cleaned and refilled each day, and dogs who need to be crated will be. Weekly or even daily brushing will be determined by coat length and type. Most importantly, whether they're furry, pawed, or clawed. They all get loads of love and attention as if they were my own.

She hadn't been here before & was so great at following directions. My dog loved her, I could see from the photos how happy she was. Courtney walked her & played with her. She sent me updates for both visits and a lot of really cute pictures. About: I'm a sensitive, caring responsible individual who loves to play with dogs and with whom dogs love to play. I've worked at the Glendale, CA Humane Society Shelter walking dogs and really enjoyed the experience. I've owned dogs for a good part of my life. However, I recently had to put Taffy, my last dog, to sleep. She was 16 and not doing well. It was heart wrenching and I thought perhaps that rather getting another, I could give the love I have for dogs to others, without having the ultimate burden of ownership. I live in Agoura Hills, CA. There lots of room for dogs to walk and play, lots of trees and grass for dogs to sniff and explore. There are also lots of other dogs in the community and opportunities for dogs to socialize, if the owners and the dogs want. I have a fenced yard and I work from home. I have a flexible schedule. Consequently, I can adapt my schedule to your dog's schedule. I have a fenced yard and I have no other dogs. Even though the house is on two levels, it's easy for dogs to navigate.

I have had two of my own dogs, Sedona, a red dachshund-chihuahua mix, and Buddy, a cream Chihuahua-terrier mix, for the past 12 years, and enjoy them so much! Two cats, Marco and Lucy, also share my home, along with two humans, my partner of 13 years and our teenage son. Our dogs are playful, silly, and love snuggles, and have taught me so much about being a dog mom! Our cat Marco is in his senior years and prefers lounging on our son's bed. Lucy is a two-year-old with a lot of energy, who can often be found playing in her cat tree. I'm passionate about providing the best care to dogs and cats, and yours are no exception - I'll treat your best friends like family. I'm available for dog walks and "drop-ins" in the evenings as well as all day on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I'm happy to pet-sit as well, and from Friday through Sunday I'll be with your dog or cat full-time in your home.
