We had never left our dog with someone we didn't know before. Anna and her boyfriend came by to meet us and our dog to help ease our concerns and start to build trust. They watched our dog for a week while we were out of the country and it went great. We would get updates and pictures, quick response when needed, and made our pup feel right at home. We will definitely use Anna again when we need someone to care for our kiddo.
Karen was wonderful with our dog, Mochi! Mochi clicked with her right away upon the first meeting, and we felt very comfortable to leave our pet with Karen while we were away. Karen was very communicative during our trip, sending photos and updates to let us know how Mochi was doing. We came back and picked up a very happy and healthy dog. She had clearly been taken care of very well, and gotten a lot of attention. It was like Mochi had been on a vacation of her own! We highly recommend going with Karen if you need a place for your pet to stay.
