She's a therapy dog & my medical service dog & she goes everywhere with me but we were going to an airshow & I was worried about her ears so I didn't want to take her. We were camping in Malibu & it was difficult to find someone because everyone was a good distance from here but Courtney was agreeable to come to our RV park. She hadn't been here before & was so great at following directions. My dog loved her, I could see from the photos how happy she was. Courtney walked her & played with her. I couldn't recommend her more highly She kept me updated, communicated well, was on time, and most importantly made my pup so happy. She sent me updates for both visits and a lot of really cute pictures. About: I love dogs and have had dogs all of my live, and had taken care of them when they were puppies, so potty training, playing and keeping and eye on them, and also when they were sick and old, so giving extra attention to their wellbeing. Pets are family members that need to be cared for, treated with respect, as well as provide them with some fun play time. I’m currently working part time so I have time to spend with your pet during week days and can provide visits twice a day in case that is needed. I would keep them on their leash whenever we are outside, always keep the door closed to avoid them running away and follow the house rules.

About: I'm a sensitive, caring responsible individual who loves to play with dogs and with whom dogs love to play. I've worked at the Glendale, CA Humane Society Shelter walking dogs and really enjoyed the experience. I've owned dogs for a good part of my life. However, I recently had to put Taffy, my last dog, to sleep. She was 16 and not doing well. It was heart wrenching and I thought perhaps that rather getting another, I could give the love I have for dogs to others, without having the ultimate burden of ownership. I live in Agoura Hills, CA. There lots of room for dogs to walk and play, lots of trees and grass for dogs to sniff and explore. There are also lots of other dogs in the community and opportunities for dogs to socialize, if the owners and the dogs want. I have a fenced yard and I work from home. I have a flexible schedule. Consequently, I can adapt my schedule to your dog's schedule. I have a fenced yard and I have no other dogs. Even though the house is on two levels, it's easy for dogs to navigate.

About: I am very passionate about caring for animals of all species and sizes! I worked for a dog rescue for 5 years including working in the medical clinic and as the Lifesaving and Care Manager, so I have experience caring for dogs in all life stages and with all sorts of medical needs. I am experienced with giving medication, injections, vaccines, and assessing their health and wellbeing. I also rode horses for 10 years and have experience working in a full service training barn. I was a regular pet sitter at a client's home caring for 4 dogs, 5 horses, a pig, 2 goats, and 2 tortoises which was my favorite job by far! I have my own dogs and cats that I love dearly. I am very diligent about making sure that your dogs get walked daily and bathroom breaks often throughout the day. I will make any needed accommodations for any medical needs your pets may have. I also have a pet friendly car with a travel crate and a backseat canopy, so if you know your furry friends love to go for rides to get a pup cup or pup patty, I will gladly take them! I will follow all instructions you leave regarding your pets. I am very diligent about making sure your dogs are walked daily and let out for consistent bathroom breaks. I am very familiar with crate training and my own dogs are crate trained. I cannot emphasize enough how much I love pets. I will treat them as if they are my own. If they normally sleep in bed with you, I will 100% let them sleep in the bed with me. I just ask that you are honest and upfront about any behavioral issues your pets may have. I have experience with dogs that have resource guarding issues, aggression, are escape artists, have to be kept separate from other pets, etc, but in order to give both your pet and I the best possible experience, I ask that you are honest about any behaviors that may impact our time spent together. I personally own a mastiff and a pitbull mix, so I am very familiar with large breeds and have personally had dogs that needed to be kept separate all times. I also had my own horse for many years and have always had cats around as well! I personalize each experience to fit your pet's exact needs. I look forward to meeting yours! Available 7 days a week and most holidays. Same-day walking requests are also welcome. I work from home with flexible hours, and can keep your fur friends comfy, healthy and happy! I’ll be sure to send you daily updates with adorable photos :). I live in a safe gated townhome, lots of grassy and shaded sidewalk areas within, as well as hiking trails adjacent! My home and personality are chill. But I love outdoor adventure, and hiking if your dog is up for that too. Your pet is welcome on my couch for extra snuggles but I adhere to the same house rules you’ve trained them to follow. I provide feeding & water bowls. Please bring their harness, leash, and usual food so we keep their tummy happy. Anything else you think will make their stay better is welcome.
