“My Maltipoo has trust issues walking with anyone but me but was comfortable going for a walk with Jesse C. This makes me so happy and with less stress leaving my pup for work etc.”

“Heather was fantastic!! On-time every time, great with my cat who seemed to have a lot of fun with her, and very communicative with potential issues. Won't hesitate to book her again in the future, and I recommend you do the same!”

About: I’ve been caring for animals my whole life and love working with both dogs and cats of all personalities. I grew up with three dogs—two rescues (including a foster we ended up keeping) and one puppy—and regularly handled their care, including walks, feeding, and playtime. I’ve also been pet sitting for friends, family, and neighbors since middle school, so I’m very comfortable stepping into different routines and making pets feel at ease. I’m especially experienced with cats. I raised two stray kittens growing up—one I helped bottle-feed—and in college I fostered a very shy, formerly stray cat. With patience and consistency, he became incredibly affectionate and is now my own cat who sleeps next to me every night. I pay close attention to body language and always respect each pet’s boundaries, whether they’re energetic, anxious, or need a little extra time to warm up. My goal is always to make your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I’m very responsive, reliable, and happy to send regular updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is in good hands! I’m currently a part-time student with a very flexible schedule, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention and care throughout the day. I’m available most weekdays and weekends, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I’m available for walks and drop-in visits, and I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine. While I’m not available for overnight stays, I’m very flexible during the day and can accommodate multiple visits if needed. I’m also very responsive and happy to help with last-minute requests when possible. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always prioritize safety, routine, and making pets feel comfortable in their familiar environment. I take time to understand each pet’s needs, including feeding schedules, exercise, and any specific instructions. I’m very attentive to body language and behavior, especially with shy or anxious pets, and I always respect their boundaries. I make sure doors, gates, and harnesses are secure at all times during walks and visits. I treat every home with care and respect, and I’m happy to provide updates and photos so you can feel confident your pet is safe and well cared for.

About: I’ve regularly cared for cats, dogs, babies, toddlers, kids, etc. for nearly a decade now. I grew up with cats and dogs, but since moving to LA I don’t have my own pets and would love to help care for yours! I generally work 9-5 but am remote Mondays and Fridays and can be flexible. I live on the west side and do drive but I primarily walk and bike in my day to day! I prioritize maintaining a clean environment, ensuring that animals get adequate exercise and outdoor time. I care about helping pets maintain a healthy diet and a well-regulated nervous system.

About: Ive been around dogs since I was born. My extended family has had dogs from huge great pyranees to chihuahuas! I have a lot of experience with senior dogs especially, and know how to be patient and careful with them! I am in college, but other wise I have no other part time job, so your pet will be my priority! They can be apart of my mornings, lunch times, and especially night times! In my own home, my priority is always making sure my cats have enough water to drink at all times, and that they are fed on schedule. And I will always apply the same to your pets. Next, its important for me to know that they feel safe and cared for always. Last, I never want a pet to feel bored, and will always play with them when they want.
“Oh my gosh. I cannot recommend Fallon enough. She was just SUCH a blessing to have. I haven’t used Rover in a long time because of a past experience but Fallon is the real deal! Exactly what you’d hope for from a pet sitter. She goes ABOVE and beyond with her care and communication. I truly feel like I can’t leave my babies with anyone else anymore. We have tortoises, flowers, and 4 cats. One of them is super skiddish and she extended so much empathy to him until he warmed up to her. And she nailed it all! The biggest of thank yous from my family to Fallon! We will definitely be seeing her again as my cats already miss her! 🥰”

About: I am a full time working professional who loves to care for animals, which brought me to Rover! I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was a kid and have always owned at least one during every period of my life. I’d love to meet your pets! I am friendly, communicative, and reliable. My weekends are very flexible and I can be open before and after regular work hours. I do work full time outside of this, but please let me know what you’re looking for and we can go from there! I am not looking to board pets in my home but have no issues with visiting client’s homes. I can follow instructions well and believe communication is key.

About: I love all kinds of animals and have had experience handling all kinds of them from iguanas to Maine coone cats. I’ve had experience caring for Pomeranians, miniature pinschers, and more. I am great at making animals feel safe and comfortable. I work part time but I manage my own schedule so I can most likely work around your schedule as long as you let me know in advance when you’d like me to care for your pet! I prefer to watch pets in my clients home or take them for walks around their neighborhood as this is likely where your pet will feel safest. Instructions specific to your pet are encouraged.
About: I’ve had 2 large dogs, 3 cats, and 2 bunnies my whole life! I’m ready and excited for whatever gets thrown at me! I love playing and caring for your pets probably more than they do haha Because I finished my major at Pepperdine i’m looking for things to fill my time while paying my bills, walking, playing, and caring for your animals brings joy to me I have a pretty flexible schedule with school so we can work together to figure out a plan that will work for both of us!

About: I'm a sensitive, caring responsible individual who loves to play with dogs and with whom dogs love to play. I've worked at the Glendale, CA Humane Society Shelter walking dogs and really enjoyed the experience. I've owned dogs for a good part of my life. However, I recently had to put Taffy, my last dog, to sleep. She was 16 and not doing well. It was heart wrenching and I thought perhaps that rather getting another, I could give the love I have for dogs to others, without having the ultimate burden of ownership. I live in Agoura Hills, CA. There lots of room for dogs to walk and play, lots of trees and grass for dogs to sniff and explore. There are also lots of other dogs in the community and opportunities for dogs to socialize, if the owners and the dogs want. I have a fenced yard and I work from home. I have a flexible schedule. Consequently, I can adapt my schedule to your dog's schedule. I have a fenced yard and I have no other dogs. Even though the house is on two levels, it's easy for dogs to navigate.

About: I have responsibly cared for animals since childhood and throughout my adulthood. Growing up my family home was always open to new pets - cats, dogs, mice, hamsters, guinea pigs, reptiles, you name it! There I learned the skills required to care for an animal of any temperament, I learned to adapt their unique needs and to help them feel safe and secure in your absence. I have years of experience as a trustworthy pet owner and caretaker of dogs and cats of all ages. I promise to care for your pet reliably, mindfully, and intuitively, pulling from years of developed expertise to ensure your emotional ease and their comfort and wellbeing. I have been building my business app-free but now I’m so happy to offer my services to fellow animal lovers through Rover. I live in a one bedroom apartment, if I am caring for your pet in my own space I have plenty of room for your pet to play. I love to be outside and am available for walks at any hour of the day.
About: I’ve been talking care of pets when I was around 8 year old. I learn as a young child how to raise and care for animals of all kinds. I love them dearly and took care of all of them with my best ability. I take consideration if an animals has needs or wants an extra walk or two. With play time, potty breaks, walks to parks. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
