1. Mariana A.

“We are very happy with our experience with Tory’s care from Mariana. We did a meet and greet with our dog at her home and she was very pleasant and enthusiastic. She showed us the space where my dog would call home for 9 days and we liked what we saw. When we be picked up Tory he was calm and showed no stress from his stay. We recommend Mariana to anyone. She is reliable and responsive and sent us pics of our dog during his stay.”

2. Stephanie & Jennifer R.

“Stephanie and Jenn (and Lexie) are awesome! They took the time to do a meet and greet at the park so the dogs (and people!) could get to know each other. Their house is super dog friendly too - beds everywhere, dog door with access to a nice yard, and the yard is double gated. Lucy and Lilly felt right at home right away. And can we talk about Lexie? she is the CUTEST thing ever! We will definitely book again.”

3. Mario E. F.

“This is our 1st time utilizing Rover and I am so excited to share my experience with Mario. Mario is a great sitter; he sent many pictures and provided excellent communication. We will certainly continue to book services with Mario! Our Chloe’ returned to our family with no issues. Thank you, Mario!”

4. Peggy B.

“I'm so relieved I found Peggy and Jamey. I felt comfortable with them immediately at our meet and greet and my dog, Buddy, must have too because he found on a spot on their rug and took a nap! Buddy is 14 years old and he needs some special/extra attention. They were very conscientious and even took notes of the million things I wanted to tell them (Buddy's quirks/habits, schedule, preferences, medical issues, etc.) I noticed that a lot of hosts on DogVacay care for multiple dogs at a time.... Peggy and Jamey were willing to take Buddy as their only dog during the days I reserved... It's like having a personal nanny vs. throwing your kid in daycare! :) I'm always nervous when I have to leave Buddy, but I had a lot more peace of mind leaving him with Peggy and Jamey than I do when I leave him with my family members or friends.”

5. Fely & Cecilia F.

“Totally recommend Fely & Cecilia. My little Georgie had a great time and was well cared for. She had a blast playing with Ikaika (their beautiful mini Aussie blue eyed boy) who is just as playful as my Georgie girl. I felt very comfortable leaving her knowing she was in good hands with regular photo updates through out her stay. Look forward to having Fely & Cecilia taking care of her in the future once again!!”

6. Shaun B.

“We love Shaun! Ever since the first time we found her, we love how she treats our dog Annie, she is so kind and caring. We are always receiving pictures of her playing and hanging out with other dogs. We could not be any happier. Thank you Shaun for taking such good care of our pup while we travel! ”

7. Paola A.

“Paola and her family were amazing! I was hesitant to leave my puppy with anyone as it was the first time but Paola was nice enough to have a meet and greet before I left him overnight. She sent numerous photos throughout his stay which made me feel confident he was in good hands. She asked several questions to make sure he was fed properly, got the right amount of exercise and played with the right toys. I would definitely have him stay with her again. Highly recommend!!”

8. Ross B.

“Wow, what a great family. I have a Mallinois mix and he can be anxious with all the behaviors that go with that. They did a wonderful job, we’re so loving to him. I definitely will be using Ross every time I go away ❤️❤️❤️”

9. Kim N.

“Grammy Kim, is very caring and good with a Laila. She takes her to the park and never has more than one or two dogs. My dog is always excited to go to her house when I have to travel.”

10. Sara V.

“I cannot say enough good things about Sara! She took the BEST care of our pup Rascal, showering him with endless love, attention, and playing! She sent detailed and thoughtful updates periodically which I really appreciated and enjoyed. Every update came with photos which was not just adorable but gave me so much peace of mind to see that Rascal was not only safe and healthy, but sooo happy. Rascal can’t wait to go back! Thank you Sara!!!”

11. Nora S.

“I would recommend Nora to a friend. She was friendly, communicative and diligent. She had my husky German Shepard mix for two nights and actively sent pictures and videos. She followed all feeding instructions and even took my dog to the beach. I’ll definitely be using her again in the future because I have no complaints. Thank you again Nora for taking such good care of my fur baby❤️”

12. Maureen T.

“I love Maureen and her family. She is very thoughtful and caring. I have used her service for 3x or more. It is hard to find good care and she does not disappoint me. Thank you for taking care of Kiwi and being so reliable and honest. Marie”

13. Hannah M.

“This was our second time with Hannah. She was very responsive and kept us up to date with pictures while we were away. We will definitely work with her again.”

14. Erika A.

“Erika was wonderful with my husky. She sent me pictures and updates to reassure me my dog was happy and healthy. My dog seemed very content staying with Erika and I would highly recommend her.”

15. Lexi H.

“Toaster had a great time with Lexi & fam! I loved getting photo updates throughout his stay. It also made me feel really good that Lexi kept me updated about Toaster’s food intake since he’s a picky eater. Thank you!”

16. Glenn & Renee D.

“Glenn is a trustworthy caretaker of my precious dog, Charlie. Mr. Glenn is an exceptional person who worked with my schedule last minute when I needed to leave town. He sent me updates and pictures. Charlie was so happy and I could see it. It made me smile so much to know he was in a home that was caring towards his special paws, and loved him equally as much as I do. I will have more trips to see my college student and will comfortably be returning to Mr. Glenn. “Charlie” loved his yard and soft grass. Charlie made it home immediately upon arriving. My heart felt very secured. Thank you Glenn for your exceptional care to “Charlie”.”

17. Kaye P.

“Thank you for taking care of Mochi, and making her feel comfortable while we were away. Also, I appreciated the meet up to ensure it was a proper fit.”

18. Julie Anne & Scott F.
“We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Julie and Scott! I highly recommend them, and we're so grateful to have found them. We reached out for a last-minute dog sitter over the holidays for our 8-year-old small terrier mix, Zazu. Zazu can be a little bossy and defensive with other dogs, which we gave them a heads up about since they have a big dog at home. Julie and Scott did an AMAZING job integrating Zazu into their home life and making her feel comfortable with them and their sweet dog, Snacks. They sent lots of wonderful photos, videos, and updates - including videos of Zazu playing happily with Snacks! Julie and Scott are both so friendly and warm, it's no surprise that Zazu felt comfortable with them immediately. They took her on many walks and let her cuddle with them in bed to sleep at night. My wife and I joked that Zazu wasn't going to want to come home at the end of the stay. We are so relieved and excited to have found them, and will 1,000% be reaching out to them for our next dog sitting need.”

19. Christopher O.

“Chris is officially Fiji-approved—and that’s saying a lot, because this Frenchie has standards higher than his ears when he hears the word “treat.” Leaving Fiji for the first time with someone new after years of “Doggy Disney” care by the last amazing family who watched him, had us nervous. Especially with his sensitive back, we were worried Fiji would be hard to handle. Enter Chris: Frenchie friend and all-around rockstar. Not only did he send us updates and photos galore, but he actually asked questions to make sure he was doing everything just right. Honestly, we’re starting to suspect that our next booking with Chris, Fiji will have a better vacation than we will. If this is his new Doggy Disneyland, we’re just glad there isn’t a gift shop because Fiji would totally take advantage. Thank you, Chris, for making this transition smooth, fun, and truly easing our minds. You’ve set the bar sky-high—and Fiji can’t wait for his next stay.”

20. Evelyn M.

“Evelyn was so kind and gentle with Bess. She really made the experience of leaving Bess easier and I’m so grateful. She provided an update and photo that put my mind at ease. Bess is still learning manners and Evelyn didn’t complain about any of her behaviors-just patient and understanding.”
