“The only difficult part of writing this review is finding enough good things to say about Elena. Every interaction, from my first communication to picking up Puck after his stay, conveyed both a love of animals and professionalism. We met first in a local park for a meet and greet, where Elena and I chatted and her daughter played with Puck. I felt really comfortable with Elena’s easy manner and the questions she asked to ensure that Puck would be happy with them. I left in confidence when I dropped Puck off, and the photos she sent made it clear that Puck was happy and well cared for. Her daughter makes for a wonderful added bonus; Elena told me when I picked him up that her daughter made a fort for them, and it was clear in the pics that Puck received lots of play time with his favorite toys. When I picked up Puck after his stay, he was of course happy to see me, but not overcome with nervousness or anxiety. I could see that he felt safe and loved in Elena’s home. When I arrived home, he slipped right back into normal routines without needing decompression time. Thank you, Elena, for providing Puck with a warm and loving home-away-from-home.”

Your dog will never feel alone while left in my care, as they will be my priority while boarding with me. I have an extraordinary amount experience boarding and caring for all kinds of dogs being a trainer and a former kennel specialist, and overall dog lover! I currently train dogs so dogs are most of what I think about! I train from my house, and Taylor my schedule to make sure I am home all day with your pups! While training, giving treats, or feeding, I seperate all dogs, to ensure everyone is safe. Plenty of pets and rubs, hikes or walks catered to the pups ability, and care like they are apart of my family! I will be sure to send plenty of updates and pictures

Laura and Aaron are wonderful, lovely people. I was nervous as this is my first time using rover.com. They communicated efficiently, provided a schedule, and provided vids and pics throughout Pancakes stay along with updates about Pancakes demeanor, mood, and what they were willing to do to help Pancake enjoy his stay. We were able to have fun and enjoy our time knowing Pancake was being well taken care for. Highly recommend.
Courtney was very accommodating and great with my dog. He agreed to have several introductory meetings with my dog before his 6-day stay. My dog has some anxiety issues, but Courtney was able to get him acclimated quickly and easily to him, his own dog, and his home. Courtney also did great keeping us updated and how our dog was adjusting during his stay. I’ll definitely be using him again and would recommend him.
Sydney took great care of our 1 year old dachshund during our weekend trip, so well that we are mildly suspicious he preferred her place to ours. She sent plenty of photos and videos, which kept us relaxed and updated. When we brought him home, he genuinely seemed a little bummed, like he was missing his weekend getaway. I think I have found the best pup sitter ever. It’s always very nerve racking to leave your baby with a stranger. Christina was so sweet from the very first interaction. She seems like such a loving person, and it was apparent that she truly loves animals. She sent me pictures of my pup and he looked so happy that I was able to truly enjoy my vacation time. I am so happy with the choice I made here.
