Every interaction, from my first communication to picking up Puck after his stay, conveyed both a love of animals and professionalism. We met first in a local park for a meet and greet, where Elena and I chatted and her daughter played with Puck. I felt really comfortable with Elena’s easy manner and the questions she asked to ensure that Puck would be happy with them. I left in confidence when I dropped Puck off, and the photos she sent made it clear that Puck was happy and well cared for. Her daughter makes for a wonderful added bonus; Elena told me when I picked him up that her daughter made a fort for them, and it was clear in the pics that Puck received lots of play time with his favorite toys. When I picked up Puck after his stay, he was of course happy to see me, but not overcome with nervousness or anxiety. I could see that he felt safe and loved in Elena’s home. Danielle is fabulous! We left our labradoodle with Danielle for 4 days and Danielle followed up each day with photos and a short description of how the day went.
