“We had such a great experience with Ilona! She took wonderful care of Sophie and gave us peace of mind while we were away. Communication was easy, and we really appreciated the updates and photos. It was clear that Sophie was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We would definitely recommend Ilona and would happily have her watch Sophie again!”

“Excellent first booking with Kevin! Our pup was well loved and photos sent during our travels were much appreciated. Our dog came home very happy and exhausted from his fun stay. Communication with Kevin was very responsive and he runs a super reliable boarder! Thank you so much, Kevin! We look forward to booking with you soon!”

“Tiffany and her family were perfect for our high energy dog! They have two energetic dogs of their own and our dog, Winston, gets lots of play time with them and lots of balls to fetch from the family! Our dog also LOVES the pool and got to swim in their pool twice over a three night stay, and Tiffany was gracious to bathe him afterwards and even give him a life jacket so he could enjoy it with their kids. We love that Winston is having his own vacation while we’re away, and will continue to use Tiffany for our upcoming stays!”

“Our two dogs (small, Japanese Chin, one elderly) love visiting Nicole, and start getting excited on the drive there. She takes wonderful care of them, and I will always recommend her to others.”
“Had a great experience with JJ! My dog clearly had an amazing time and I really appreciated all of the videos and pics of his stay :) communication was great, would absolutely book again!”

“AMAZING at her job. We had a situation where we needed our Uncles dog watched for 30 days and we found Melissa. She did an amazing job and even helped put Tiny on a diet. We felt very safe knowing Tiny was in good hands 🙌🏻 Highly recommend her !!!!!!!!”

“Fantastic sitter! She was so caring and thoughtful, and she kept me updated with plenty of cute pictures. I always felt my dog was in great hands. I’d happily book with her again.”

“Kayla was so sweet and took such great care of my dog! She communicated with me throughout the whole time and made me feel completely comfortable leaving my dog with her. You can tell she genuinely cares, and I would definitely trust her again in the future. Highly recommend!”

“Thor was thrilled to go back on the second day - so that told me everything I needed to know!! He was happy and excited. The communication was awesome! I got pictures and texts throughout his stay. It alleviated any concerns I had about him. It was a great experience for all of us and would absolutely recommend Laura!!”

“Nicole went above and beyond with our new dog Charlie (Chuck the Duck). She sent pictures everyday and let us know how he was doing. Took him on walks and made sure he was comfortable in their home. She even helped him out when he had tummy issues by giving him pumpkin! I can’t recommend her enough. We will most definitely be using her again. I’m pretty sure Charlie was upset he had to come home. I mean, I would be.”

“I was looking for a pet sitter last minute and Susana responded to my message even it was already late and decided to accept my booking. Kashi and Kaylie had a great time and she took good care of them very well. Thank you so much! I really appreciate you..”

About: I’m an animal communicator with a deep, intuitive connection to animals — I don’t just care for your pets, I actually listen to them. I’ve spent my life alongside dogs of all temperaments, sizes, and needs, including my own two girls, Daisy and Chloe. I understand animal behavior, body language, and emotional wellbeing on a level that goes beyond feeding and walks. Senior pets, anxious dogs, and strong-willed characters are my specialty. Your fur family will be safe, seen, and genuinely loved while you’re away. I’m currently available full time through mid-September, making this a great time to book! After that I take on seasonal evening work Thursday through Sunday, so I’m still available for daytime care and drop-ins year round. I’ll always be upfront about my schedule so you can plan with confidence. My home is warm, relaxed, and animal-friendly with a fenced yard. We did hospice for a number of dogs and cats from 2014 to 2025, so we installed Life Proof floors and have furniture to accommodate the older ones. My two dogs, Daisy and Chloe, are social, dog-park regulars who welcome new friends easily. I have crates available for large dogs if needed.
“A very nice family who took great care of our two pups. They sent us lots of photos, and the dogs looked very happy in all of them. I think they were even a little sad to leave 😆 Will board with them again in the future!”

“Ryan was amazing and was able to watch my pup last minute. He was very communicative, and sent photo updates throughout his time with my pup. He was also so kind and helped me carry our things to my car. Thank you so much Ryan! 10/10 recommend!”

“Nune cared for our yorkie for about 11 days this summer. Her thoughtfulness, attentiveness, and carring approach were clearly evident. Excellent experience. We'll book with her again for sure.”

We had a wonderful experience with Dina! She took amazing care of Coco and made us feel completely comfortable while we were away. Coco is very attached to people and doesn’t like being left alone, and Dina was incredibly patient, caring, and understanding of his needs. She treated Coco like he was her own dog and kept us updated, which gave us great peace of mind. We truly appreciate all the love and attention she gave him. Coco was happy and comfortable with her, and that means everything to us. We would absolutely trust Dina to take care of Coco again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, responsible, and caring dog sitter! 🐶❤️

Nicole went above and beyond with our new dog Charlie (Chuck the Duck). I mean, I would be.

She was amazing! Left my dog Sirius with her over Memorial Day weekend and honestly couldn’t be happier. She’s super responsible and made me feel totally at ease. She kept sending photos and updates throughout the day without me even asking, which was awesome. Plus, when I picked Sirius up, he was in the best mood and so happy. Will definitely book with her again. Highly recommend!

Danielle is fabulous! We left our labradoodle with Danielle for 4 days and Danielle followed up each day with photos and a short description of how the day went. Danielle understands what pet owners are worried about, what we're thinking of regarding our pets when we're not with them. Danielle's actions of sending photos and a daily summary eases/rids those concerns. Our pet was well taken care of by Danielle! Danielle was also very understanding and accommodating for our unique needs and situations. I would recommend Danielle to anyone who's looking for a loving and caring boarder for their pet-family-member.

Dee took care of our Sammy very well. She sent a lot of updates, pictures and videos of Sammy. She was exceptional in making sure Sammy’s needs were taken care of. She always took extra precautions when it came to Sammy’s safety. The service Dee provided was excellent! Thank you Dee! We are so happy that we found you!

I think I have found the best pup sitter ever. It’s always very nerve racking to leave your baby with a stranger. Christina was so sweet from the very first interaction. She seems like such a loving person, and it was apparent that she truly loves animals. She sent me pictures of my pup and he looked so happy that I was able to truly enjoy my vacation time. I am so happy with the choice I made here.

By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
