“The only difficult part of writing this review is finding enough good things to say about Elena. Every interaction, from my first communication to picking up Puck after his stay, conveyed both a love of animals and professionalism. We met first in a local park for a meet and greet, where Elena and I chatted and her daughter played with Puck. I felt really comfortable with Elena’s easy manner and the questions she asked to ensure that Puck would be happy with them. I left in confidence when I dropped Puck off, and the photos she sent made it clear that Puck was happy and well cared for. Her daughter makes for a wonderful added bonus; Elena told me when I picked him up that her daughter made a fort for them, and it was clear in the pics that Puck received lots of play time with his favorite toys. When I picked up Puck after his stay, he was of course happy to see me, but not overcome with nervousness or anxiety. I could see that he felt safe and loved in Elena’s home. When I arrived home, he slipped right back into normal routines without needing decompression time. Thank you, Elena, for providing Puck with a warm and loving home-away-from-home.”

“Stacey was great with my dog Shadow. She sent pics and videos several times a day. She walked my dog every morning. This was the first time I used her and I was very happy with the way she took such good care of him. I plan to use her again and would highly recommend her. Thank you Stacey! Jan and Shadow”

“Alexis and Melisa have watched my dogs three times now and they are fantastic. They send regular updates and my pups are made to feel right at home. Well cared for and loved. I am so thankful. Highly highly recommend. I have already booked my next stay!”

About: Hi! I'm Nicole, a lifelong animal lover with seven years of experience working at Saugus Animal Hospital and over 10 years of pet sitting for friends and family. I grew up with large Alaskan Malamute/Huskies and am comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, and energy levels. I work primarily from home, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, potty breaks, walks, and companionship throughout the day. My husband also works from home several days each week, so your dog will rarely be left alone. My home has a secure front and backyard, and my two resident cats are very accustomed to having dogs visit. We live in a neighborhood with beautiful shaded paseos and a nearby park, making it easy to enjoy safe and comfortable walks. I'm also a lifelong cat owner and currently have two sister cats who are the center of my world. For cat owners, I offer drop-in visits in your home so your cat can stay comfortable in their familiar environment. I'm especially good with shy or nervous cats and enjoy taking the time to earn their trust at their own pace. My veterinary experience taught me how to recognize signs of stress, illness, or discomfort, and I pay close attention to each pet's individual needs. After walks and hikes, I always check dogs for foxtails and debris, and I'm happy to arrange a bath with owner approval if needed. Whether I'm caring for your dog in my home or visiting your cat in theirs, my goal is to provide a safe, loving, and reliable experience while keeping you updated with photos and messages along the way. Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I work primarily from home. This allows me to provide frequent potty breaks, companionship, playtime, and supervision throughout the day. I typically like to take dogs out for walks early in the morning before the weather gets too warm and again in the evening as temperatures cool down. Depending on your dog's energy level and preferences, we can enjoy neighborhood walks along our shaded paseos, visits to the nearby park, or even hikes on local trails. On the occasional day that I need to go into the office for a few hours or attend a work event, I coordinate my schedule whenever possible with my husband's work-from-home days so that your dog continues to receive attention, companionship, and timely potty breaks. My goal is to maintain your dog's normal routine as closely as possible and make their stay feel like a home away from home. I care for every pet as if they were my own family member. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment where your dog feels relaxed and at home. My home has both an enclosed backyard and front yard, providing secure outdoor space for potty breaks and supervised play. Dogs are welcome on the couch and bed if that's allowed in their home, as I want to maintain the routines and comforts they're accustomed to. With seven years of experience working at Saugus Animal Hospital, I am comfortable handling dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I pay close attention to behavior, appetite, energy levels, and overall well-being so I can quickly identify if something seems off. Safety is especially important to me during walks and outdoor adventures. After walks or hikes, I carefully check dogs for foxtails, burrs, and other debris that can become lodged in their paws, ears, or fur. I also follow all owner instructions regarding feeding schedules, medications, exercise restrictions, and special care needs. I provide regular photo updates and communication throughout your pet's stay so you can feel confident knowing they're happy, safe, and receiving plenty of love and attention. If needed, I can also take dogs to a self-service dog wash for a bath (with owner approval) before they head home.

Our bernedoodle always has a great stay with Anh and William. We get multiple photos throughout the days from walks and at home, and our furry baby (even though he is big!) looks very happy and content. Anh and William are very responsive and easy to work with. Never had an issue and will definitely be boarding our dog with them again. Highly recommend!

Ilona worked wonders with Apple Jacks during his stay with her over the long weekend holiday. He's never made so many furry friends in his life, and he has lever looked so hoppy when I picked him up. We can't wait to bring him for a visit again. Communication is excellent and all the photos are fantastic! Thank you!!! Cheers! 🙌

She was amazing! Left my dog Sirius with her over Memorial Day weekend and honestly couldn’t be happier. She’s super responsible and made me feel totally at ease. She kept sending photos and updates throughout the day without me even asking, which was awesome. Plus, when I picked Sirius up, he was in the best mood and so happy. Will definitely book with her again. Highly recommend!

Kayla was so sweet and took such great care of my dog! She communicated with me throughout the whole time and made me feel completely comfortable leaving my dog with her. You can tell she genuinely cares, and I would definitely trust her again in the future. Highly recommend!

Danielle is fabulous! We left our labradoodle with Danielle for 4 days and Danielle followed up each day with photos and a short description of how the day went. Danielle understands what pet owners are worried about, what we're thinking of regarding our pets when we're not with them. Danielle's actions of sending photos and a daily summary eases/rids those concerns. Our pet was well taken care of by Danielle! Danielle was also very understanding and accommodating for our unique needs and situations. I would recommend Danielle to anyone who's looking for a loving and caring boarder for their pet-family-member.

Dee took care of our Sammy very well. She sent a lot of updates, pictures and videos of Sammy. She was exceptional in making sure Sammy’s needs were taken care of. She always took extra precautions when it came to Sammy’s safety. The service Dee provided was excellent! Thank you Dee! We are so happy that we found you!

I think I have found the best pup sitter ever. It’s always very nerve racking to leave your baby with a stranger. Christina was so sweet from the very first interaction. She seems like such a loving person, and it was apparent that she truly loves animals. She sent me pictures of my pup and he looked so happy that I was able to truly enjoy my vacation time. I am so happy with the choice I made here.
