Always home for doggy snuggles!
We are the go-to place for our friends and their dogs. They love the large, clean and safe back yard, and the plethora of squirrels to chase. We have a small doggy door so our small dog friends can come and go as they please (until we lock everyone in when the sun goes down). For medium-sized and larger dogs, we keep the sliders open whenever needed. Both of the adults who live in the house work from home, so your dogs will get all the love and attention they deserve. We have been dog owners for the last 20 years, and have had the range of very large to very small dogs. We love them all! We currently have one small dog living in the house who is very patient with older dogs and loves to play with other energetic pups. We are excited to give your dogs a home away from home. A couple of notes: -If your dog is highly food motivated (like… would knock down a kid to get to her snack or find their way in our closed-lid trashcan), we’re not a good fit. We keep food locked away, but can’t fit our lidded trashcan under a cabinet and our kids do sometimes eat on the couch. They know not to give food to dogs, but it’s hard when pups are pulling it out of their hands. - Also, if your dog likes to hunt down and eat non-food items (paper, dolls,toys), we’re not a good fit. We keep the house tidy but sometimes our kids leave stuff out, and don’t want your dog to get injured after eating a bunch of Barbie shoes. Bonus if your dogs like to play fetch with tennis balls, as our kids can throw those for hours.

We had the absolute, best experience boarding our dogs with Jeff and his family! They took care of them, and loved them like they were their own dogs. They sent many pictures throughout the stay, which warmed my heart. I plan to use them again, and I highly recommend their services.
We went on a cruise for 7 nights and Jeff and Danielle took great care of my girl Roxy. It was so important that I could trust them as they would not be able to get in touch with me for most of my trip. After the first night they noticed a blocked anal gland and immediately asked permission to take her to the vet if things didn't clear up. Arrangements were made but they didn't have to take her becuase it resolved on its own (grateful that we didn't have to spend the money and also that they were attentive enough to notice this in the first place). They sent me pictures of her having a blast with their sweet dog and kept me up to date on how she was doing. I would highly recommend using them for your dog sitting needs and can't wait for Roxy to stay with them again.
Jeff and his family did a great job watching Spike. Soon as Spike was introduced to his dog they hit it off and they had a ball. Thx again Jeff for your services and the nice pictures he sent of Spike living it up lol ? see you next time?
If you want your doggie to be well cared for look no further. Jeff, a dog papa himself, truly cares for animals and ensures they are happy, comfortable and safe while in his care. I would highly recommend him and am confident your pet will love him as much as he loves your pet!

Planning
We both work from home so we frequently interact with the dogs. The house is rarely empty so the dogs will get a lot of human attention!

Our yard is fenced in on all sides and is very secure. There is plenty of real and artificial grass for them to play on and a lot of shaded areas too.

We have a variety of dog toys and we will play fetch with the dogs in the back yard and the dogs will play with our dog Rascal who is very friendly and gentle.
