Every interaction, from my first communication to picking up Puck after his stay, conveyed both a love of animals and professionalism. We met first in a local park for a meet and greet, where Elena and I chatted and her daughter played with Puck. I felt really comfortable with Elena’s easy manner and the questions she asked to ensure that Puck would be happy with them. I left in confidence when I dropped Puck off, and the photos she sent made it clear that Puck was happy and well cared for. Her daughter makes for a wonderful added bonus; Elena told me when I picked him up that her daughter made a fort for them, and it was clear in the pics that Puck received lots of play time with his favorite toys. When I picked up Puck after his stay, he was of course happy to see me, but not overcome with nervousness or anxiety. I could see that he felt safe and loved in Elena’s home. We had a great experience with Anh and William. We needed last-minute sitters for a two-week trip and had never left our Labradoodle with anyone before. Over the two weeks they sent us more than 100 photos so we could see how happy she was. We’re so glad we found them and will definitely book them again next time.
It was our first time leaving our pup for boarding and we were so nervous since we had just adopted him (trip was planned prior) but Ilona was amazing. Danielle is fabulous! We left our labradoodle with Danielle for 4 days and Danielle followed up each day with photos and a short description of how the day went.
