“The only difficult part of writing this review is finding enough good things to say about Elena. Every interaction, from my first communication to picking up Puck after his stay, conveyed both a love of animals and professionalism. We met first in a local park for a meet and greet, where Elena and I chatted and her daughter played with Puck. I felt really comfortable with Elena’s easy manner and the questions she asked to ensure that Puck would be happy with them. I left in confidence when I dropped Puck off, and the photos she sent made it clear that Puck was happy and well cared for. Her daughter makes for a wonderful added bonus; Elena told me when I picked him up that her daughter made a fort for them, and it was clear in the pics that Puck received lots of play time with his favorite toys. When I picked up Puck after his stay, he was of course happy to see me, but not overcome with nervousness or anxiety. I could see that he felt safe and loved in Elena’s home. When I arrived home, he slipped right back into normal routines without needing decompression time. Thank you, Elena, for providing Puck with a warm and loving home-away-from-home.”

While training, giving treats, or feeding, I seperate all dogs, to ensure everyone is safe. “I appreciated Melisa and Alexis daily review and they followed my pet’s routine. He was a bit nervous as it was his first time boarding but they kept on sending me pictures and updates every few hours. I appreciated that they let me know about his anxiety his first night, with restless sleep and offered to correct what was causing his anxiety which worked the 2nd night. He slept better and I really appreciated their proactiveness with it. I am at ease now knowing that I found a loving family to take care of my lil Cinco when I need it.
