Every interaction, from my first communication to picking up Puck after his stay, conveyed both a love of animals and professionalism. We met first in a local park for a meet and greet, where Elena and I chatted and her daughter played with Puck. I felt really comfortable with Elena’s easy manner and the questions she asked to ensure that Puck would be happy with them. I left in confidence when I dropped Puck off, and the photos she sent made it clear that Puck was happy and well cared for. Her daughter makes for a wonderful added bonus; Elena told me when I picked him up that her daughter made a fort for them, and it was clear in the pics that Puck received lots of play time with his favorite toys. When I picked up Puck after his stay, he was of course happy to see me, but not overcome with nervousness or anxiety. I could see that he felt safe and loved in Elena’s home. I'm comfortable and confident with feeding, walks, playtime, administering basic medications if needed, and giving your fur baby plenty of love, attention, and updates while you're away. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, love, happy, and that you have the peace of mind knowing that they're in great hands while you're away. I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to spend plenty of times with the pets I'm caring for. While I may occasionally leave for errands or appointments, I have the flexibility to provide frequent potty breaks, walks, playtime, and lots of love and attention throughout the day. Safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take the time to learn each pet's routine, preferences, and any special instructions you might have to help them feel comfortable while you're away. When caring for pets in a client's home, I treat both the pets and home with the same respect and care I would expect for my own. My goal is to maintain their normal routine as closely as possible and create a calm, safe environment where they can feel secure and happy until your return.
About: I have been around and handling animals my whole life. Big or small doesn’t make a difference to me. You can have 1 or 100 the more the merrier I’ve always said. I have experience with young big puppies and wait for you in the darkness to trip you cats. The “ excuse me may I have one more treat” horse to the parkour off you and everything goat. The sneaky kitties get caught redded pawed and the blubbering hounds sing with joy. I just moved back to Santa Clarita after living in Texas for 9 years. I’m currently doing handyman freelance work so I have a pretty open and flexible schedule. I try my best to make it seam like you’re not even gone by keeping to your pets normal scheduled routine and activities. That includes walks, feedings, medication, playtime, outside time a long with lots snuggles and plenty of treats (if allowed)

About: I regularly dog-sit for family friends ranging from small, medium, and large dogs (most experience with Chihuahuas, Terriers, Shih Tzus, German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, and Spaniels)! About: Ever since I was little, I’ve had a major soft spot for animals big and small. I am the designated pet sitter for all of my friends and family, and have experience with everything from hamsters to newfoundlands. I’ve taken care of senior dogs, puppies, and am able to administer medications if necessary. As a dog owner myself, I understand the pressure of finding a good sitter and I would love to give you peace of mind! I am currently working events part time, and I pick my own schedule, so I have most days available for around the clock care. If I do leave the house it is generally only for short periods for appointments or quick outings. I am very present for the animals I care for and will spend time with them as well as feeding, walking, and playing with them. I’ve had sitters in the past for my own dogs who only came briefly for feeding and left, so I value quality time and understand they need more than the bare minimum.
About: I've been taking care of dogs since I was 14 years old for neighbors, family, etc. I've always had several pups in my home at a time because they're my little babies. All of my dogs have been very well trained and follow directions extremely well! I'm currently a full time student but all my classes are scheduled for Tue/Thurs, and I work part time from home on my off days as a lash tech. I make my own schedule so I have PLENTY of free time to care for your pups! Because I am home all week for the most part I hang out with the dogs all day everyday so no need to worry about your fur baby getting lonely! We'll cuddle and watch tv. Regular potty breaks are taken, my two dogs are on a bathroom schedule, they go first thing in the morning, once or twice in the afternoon, and once before bed. Other pups that I have taken care of seem to catch on to our schedule very quickly and have no problems with it! If there is a time where I do need to leave to go do a grocery pick up or anything like that I let the dogs sleep on the couch while I'm gone, but I do have a crate present just in case I do need to put the pup up if they don't do well being left out of the crate with no supervision.
About: I have had dogs my entire life. My daughter and friends rely on me to take care of their fur babies. They know they are loved, cuddled and well taken care of. They are just like part of my family. I am retired and spend time walking several times a day and would love a fur baby friend to hang out with. I lost my fur baby a year ago. I have a large fenced in area and lots of places to play. No pool. I have lots of great walking areas as well as play areas. I allow dogs to sleep with me. If they need to be crated for comfort that is fine too!

“The only difficult part of writing this review is finding enough good things to say about Elena. Every interaction, from my first communication to picking up Puck after his stay, conveyed both a love of animals and professionalism. We met first in a local park for a meet and greet, where Elena and I chatted and her daughter played with Puck. I felt really comfortable with Elena’s easy manner and the questions she asked to ensure that Puck would be happy with them. I left in confidence when I dropped Puck off, and the photos she sent made it clear that Puck was happy and well cared for. Her daughter makes for a wonderful added bonus; Elena told me when I picked him up that her daughter made a fort for them, and it was clear in the pics that Puck received lots of play time with his favorite toys. When I picked up Puck after his stay, he was of course happy to see me, but not overcome with nervousness or anxiety. I could see that he felt safe and loved in Elena’s home. When I arrived home, he slipped right back into normal routines without needing decompression time. Thank you, Elena, for providing Puck with a warm and loving home-away-from-home.”
