About: I’ve always had a pet in the home since I was a kid, so pet care comes naturally to me. I’ve also been able to take care of neighbors cats and dogs while they’re on vacation. “Jessica was amazing for our dog walks! She is very responsible, and very communicative. We were nervous as this was our first time using Rover or a dog walker that wasn’t family, but Jessica helped to make all of our worries go away quickly. She was very kind and warm with our two dogs, and they warmed up to her right away - even one of our dogs that can sometimes be a little scared around new people. They will definitely miss their walks with Jessica! We would absolutely recommend Jessica, and she will be the first one we look for the next time we need some help.”

“Ilona is amazing. Very friendly and takes great care of Munchie on his walks. She also goes the extra mile to help out with anything she can while visiting. I highly recommend her, and I am very happy with her services. 5 out of 5.”

About: Nothing has moved me more than helping people. I’ve always said to myself if I can, I will. I have 5 dogs myself, 4 Yorkies and 1 German Shepherd. I will admit it’s not the smoothest, but I remind myself how much of a blessing pets can be in our life, and the unconditional love they give that should be reciprocated. I’m starting this new experience off with an open mind and open heart. As for houses, I’ve been raised to keep any space, regardless of whose house or area it is, organized and welcoming. Maintenance is one of the key components to keeping a house cozy, and what better way to help than to keep that coziness for the owners to come home to? For both services I offer routine check ups, housekeeping, and any other accommodations by reaching out! Please contact me for dates and times, thank you. :) I am currently working part time, and in school. I completely understand how that schedule may be intimidating for pet parents, but have no fear! Here is my weekly schedule! Monday: Available 3:00-5:00p.m., overnight sitting/check ins after 9:30p.m.! Wednesday: Available after 5:30p.m. for check ins! Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Available from 6:00-9:00a.m. (evening times may vary, message for more details) Saturday, Sunday: Overnight sitting/check ins past 10:30p.m.! With the amount of pets I have in my house, I have been able to figure out and create a safe space for them, body language speaks volumes! In addition to that, understanding and respecting a dogs boundaries is very crucial to building trust, on top of them associating being fed and attended to with me. When it comes to homes, I want to be as flexible as possible when it comes to accommodations, housekeeping, etc. since your space deserves to be cared for how you feel is best!

I'm very excited to take care of your fur babies for you! Fear Free Leader in Animal Wellbeing graduate. *Ask me about Active & Running services* **Ask me about Pet Portraiture Add-ons** I am currently taking online classes and looking forward to being with animals when I can part time. About: I’m an animal communicator with a deep, intuitive connection to animals — I don’t just care for your pets, I actually listen to them. I’ve spent my life alongside dogs of all temperaments, sizes, and needs, including my own two girls, Daisy and Chloe. Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Newhall
This is our second time booking Jessica for walks with our two dogs, and we’ll definitely be booking with her again! She’s incredibly reliable, professional, and communicative. Our dogs absolutely adore her and are always excited to see her, which gives us so much peace of mind. It’s such a relief knowing they’re in great hands when we’re not home. Highly recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog walker!

Rachel is a caring, attentive and very easygoing person to deal with everything she promised to do, She did, and my dog absolutely loves her. I would recommend her anytime. This was the first time I entrusted anyone either my dog and they hit it off from the get go.

Deanna did an excellent job caring for and walking Polo. She followed all of our instructions and sent plenty of photos reassuring that everything was going well. She handled every situation confidently, and Polo even got a new toy! We’d definitely contact Deanna again to take care of Polo :)

Jake did a great job with our crazy hyper dog and also our super cautious dog. He let our cautious dog come up to him whenever he wanted and sniff around him, allowing him to feel safe, without feeling the need to make the dog like him (which has been a huge mistake others have made with our dog in the past). So he is one of those people who has very good dog energy, if you have a timid/scared dog that needs someone like that around. He also kept our crazy dog busy with ball throwing the whole visit. We were really happy with him overall. :)

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
