With over 30 years in the animal industry I feel as a animal specialist I can provide a consistent, loving, safe environment for your furry friend. To understand all dog breeds from the shy whippet, to the goofy love all lab. It is essential for a positive experience for pet sitter to be mindful, aware of the different personalities each dog provides to our environment.

Lori was great! Our dogs surely enjoyed their day with her. She made sure our dogs were safe & well then cared for. We will definitely book with her next time e visit Oxnard! Oh, & she gave me avocados from her gigantic tree in her backyard.
Lori took great care of Sheldon while we were away on vacation. She even gave him a bath before sending him home and kept us updated with regular photos throughout the stay. We’re so grateful to have found her!

Schedule
Being this is my full time profession, your furry friend has constant monitoring, supervision, and love. There is also plenty of socializing with other dogs. I am always mindful of my shy or less social dogs, allowing more trusting with me, than with social necessity. Once trust is established, with Patience, I introduce dogs one at a time. Outgoing dogs will always get play, fun with a guaranteed will go home tired policy. 🙂

I have a 6 foot cinder block wall in my backyard, we are secure. Along with 2 extra gates, locked providing as much safety I can.

A typical day
I am a multi-dog home, having 4-6 pups 95% of the time. When your furry family member stays at my house, your dog becomes my dog. Part of our family, car rides, beach (Where we can), play play play. Large active dogs get ball time with plenty of energy released. Also, separate large/small dog play areas keeping safety in mind. Please note that I do not accept or take in assertive or aggressive dogs. Thank you for your understanding.

- Though my nickname is Dog Whisperiss, I no longer take non-social, aggressive, possible bitting, dogs. Little dog complexes are fine as they are understood and can be managed. Any quirks about your pup is greatly appreciated by all, mostly your pet. Sensitive to touch, aggressive with play/ball, food aggressive, separation anxiety, etc. Must have flea prevent meds prior to booking. We are flea free here :0)please note one flea cycle = up to 200 fleas. I also have a late pickup and drop off fee of $10.00. It applies to anything after 7 pm. Though I do best to have all cost presented, you may have Extra needs that require extra time. We can discuss prior to booking. I also specialize in long term stays and discount anything after 7 days.
