About: I have many years of experience as a pet-sitter for friends and neighbors and have even worked as a veterinary assistant. I have experience caring for not only dogs and cats, but also rodents, reptiles, amphibians, birds and some livestock animals including goats and pigs. I have cared for senior animals and pets with medical conditions. I'm working a remote part time job as a 3D artist, so my schedule is very flexible. I am even able to bring my work with me as long as your home has internet, so I can keep a close eye on your fur, feather or scale babies! Aside from being a calm and loving companion for your pets, I am also comfortable with administering oral medications, specialized feeding requirements (calcium dusting insects, feeding rodents to snakes, etc) basic grooming requirements, spot cleaning enclosures and general exercise needs.

We have the perfect spot walkable to downtown Ojai, a great retreat with loving sitters. Our furry visitors get walked each morning and evening, with play time in the adjacent park each afternoon! Someone is always at home with them, and we can easily accommodate any special scheduling requests. Our large, completely fenced-in yard is safe, secure, shaded and has built in entertainment for our furry visitors, with views of the next-door park. We walk our dogs on pavement each day in beautiful downtown Ojai (no trail walks unless specifically requested). We work from home, so we are always on hand to make the transition easier. Note that we also offer pick up/drop off rides to local Ojai hotels for your convenience. We started dog care because our older King Charles Cavalier didn't like boarding with too many dogs. We treat each visitor as our own family dog, and book fewer dogs to ensure better experiences! Our repeat customers over the years have become part of the family. About: Animals are my passion. I cared for my beloved Parson Russell Terrier, Milo, from 2000 to 2015, and he’s the reason I fell in love with caring for all animals. That love led me to volunteer at the Berkeley Humane Society as a cat companion in 2014, and later at the Santa Cruz SPCA as a dog walker from 2024 to 2025. I’ve also transported rescued animals—most memorably a German Shepherd from NYC to his forever home in Florida—and have cared for friends’ and family’s pets for many years. Trust me, I know how nerve-wracking it is to find someone who loves and cares for your dog as much as you do. That’s why I treat every pup like they are family. No request is too over-the-top for me. My own dogs have a multi-step dinner routine worthy of a Michelin star, so I’m fully prepared for quirky feeding schedules, bedtime rituals, or extra belly-rub requirements. I’ve cared for bouncy puppies, wise seniors, and everything in between. Whether your dog wants an all-day play session or a couch-potato cuddle marathon, I’ll match their energy. Right now, I offer drop-ins and walks. I work fully remote and normally end my work days early in the afternoon. I am currently available for drop-ins and walks after 2pm. On the weekends, I'm pretty flexible, I would just appreciate a couple days heads up if possible :) I always like to set up a Meet & Greet beforehand when and if time permits so you (and your dog!) can feel 100% confident.
