Each pet is unique and will have its own needs, personality, preferred routine, feeding style, medication schedule, etc., So having that up-to-date information from the pet parent is what helps me provide the best care possible.
A typical day
I enjoy long walks and hikes with dogs. Hanging out at the dog park is also a great way to socialize. Senior dogs, dogs with disabilities, and cats are sometimes not able to go out on longer walks and hikes so spending quality time with them at home, in a quiet relaxed environment, is perfect too.

Animals are my passion. I cared for my beloved Parson Russell Terrier, Milo, from 2000 to 2015, and he’s the reason I fell in love with caring for all animals. That love led me to volunteer at the Berkeley Humane Society as a cat companion in 2014, and later at the Santa Cruz SPCA as a dog walker from 2024 to 2025. I’ve also transported rescued animals—most memorably a German Shepherd from NYC to his forever home in Florida—and have cared for friends’ and family’s pets for many years. While I don’t currently have pets of my own, I’m fully committed to providing exceptional, reliable, and compassionate care for yours. Whether it’s a walk, drop-in visit, or overnight stay, your pet will be treated like family. I follow your pet’s established routine—feeding, walking, medication, and comfort—and during extended stays, I’m happy to water plants, collect mail, and keep your home tidy. My mission is simple: to care for your pets with genuine love, respect, and dependability.
