About: Having taken care of dogs- my own and my neighbors, since I was a child, I have a solid sense of what it means to be attentive to each pup's wellness and unique needs. I have learned from and loved bigger dogs (German Shepherds) - and on the slightly more agressive side- for much of my life, I am quite confident in how to handle animal interactions on the street, and how to effectively "curb their enthusiasm" when it come to confrontations. When walking my neighbor's pit-mix, Brownie around the LGD, I love to give him the time and space to truly have the olfactory time of his life (smell all the smells!), and pause in a soft splotch of grass for a roll around and good pets when the moment strikes. I am more patient with dogs than I perhaps am with myself, and am not one to rush pups along a route, but consciously let them set a course! I currently have full availability, and would love to become a part of your dog's daily care routine! I am a morning person and can be on a walk by 7. I am a very careful and considerate visitor to all friends/clients homes that I step foot into when providing animals with attention and walks. I go beyond my due diligence to make sure a pet's space is tidy and that when I leave toys are at hand (paw) and the water bowl is full!
