About: Hi! I’m Kaylee, a student at Loyola University New Orleans, and caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’ve had a variety of pets throughout my life, including dogs and cats. About: Growing up, my nuclear family cared for roughly thirty cats, both indoor and outdoor. Naturally, part of my daily routine was feeding them all before getting on the school bus, keeping the litter boxes and surrounding areas tidy throughout the day, and of course providing AMPLE love to all. I have experience nursing abandoned kittens to health and maturity, as well as acclimating feral cats into the home. I am more than keen when it comes to feline behavior! (My mother used to "joke" that her four children should come together and open a vet clinic.) Today, my husband and I have a well-trained, 3 year old shepherd mix named Poet, whom we adopted at just 8 weeks old, and a 5 year old American bobtail kitty named Millie, who we also rescued. We both work from home and our animals are our absolute lives. Normal days for us include walks around the neighborhood, as well as trips to City Bark. We have a fenced in backyard for potty time, as well as sun bathing. Both as our animal have free reign of our home; they watch TV with us, answer email with us, snooze with us, cook with us, etc.! Hanna went above and beyond! I was gone for 2 weeks and never had to wonder or worry how my 2 fur babies (cats) were doing. Even though one warmed up to her the other one was scared. But I got pictures every day even if Jasper was in the closet!! When I returned they had a smell-a-thon like usual. Hanna left no messes and even swept the floor. Caitlin was reliable and efficient in checking in on my cat, Lana, while I was traveling for a few days.
