About: I have had horses and dogs for most of my life. I love being around animals and developing a bond with them. I am an Air Force Veteran and small business owner. I am very reliable and trustworthy to take care of the special dog in your life. I have availability in the evenings after my classes at UC Davis Monday, Wednesday and Friday after 3pm and Tuesdays from 7-9am. I can also help on some weekends by appointment! I am a gym owner and I would primarily have your pet there unless I were to watch your pet in your home. I have a fully vaccinated, friendly 2 year old Doberman mix that will keep your pet playful and busy at my gym or I can leave her home and come for a visit to your residence.

Our diabetic, kidney-compromised, 15 year old cat, Wylean, who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, has been on a feeding tube since early November with a whole litany of medications. Nycole, a skilled and longterm vet tech, was able to give truly incredible, exhaustive care to Wylean for days, both during this latest stay to see my parents (my dad was and still is in the hospital for a broken hip) and during Christmas (to see my mother-in-law in hospice). Her three times a day updates were like something a seasoned vet would make, and Wylean was markedly better when we returned than when we left. She has gained the better part of a pound over the last month, and I credit Nycole for at least part of that. We will always be grateful. If we could leave one hundred stars, we would. A combination of empathy, high skill, talent, and an obvious, deep love for animals makes Nycole the best. Anyone hiring her is lucky, and we only hope we can hire her again for future trips. About: Ive pet sit since I was 14, both paid and unpaid, and I love it! I have experience with difficult dogs/cats (multiple high energy pups in one home) and a moody pet does not scare me off. Currently, 30 hours, of my week (~5hrs a day) is spent at my job at a cafe. Outside of that I can fit your fur baby into my schedule before or after work or on my off days! I never work late and my schedule is very flexible Being able to read the body language of your pup/kitty is a crucial skill that I have a lot of experience in. About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was almost old enough to walk. I majored in Biology at Loyola and also work with a local animal rescue! I’ve always had animals in the house, and have three cats. I help bathe, feed, and walk my parent’s dogs almost every day when I go visit them. During the summer, I take them to the dog park and they absolutely love it. I am a local teacher at an elementary school! I am available every single day, mostly afternoons and nights. I had my sweet cat, Henry, for four wonderful years before he passed away, and for the last three years I helped raise and care for an adorable Goldendoodle who now lives with her other pet parent. About: I've always loved animals and am naturally compassionate. While growing up my family had a small breed dog, and I personally owned hamsters and fish which I was the sole caretaker of. I am also a former Junior [Zoo] Keeper, which equipped me with reptile care experience. As an adult, I have had a German Shepherd, cats, and fish as well. I am adaptable and am confident in my ability to provide competent care for a wide variety of species. About: Growing up, my nuclear family cared for roughly thirty cats, both indoor and outdoor. Naturally, part of my daily routine was feeding them all before getting on the school bus, keeping the litter boxes and surrounding areas tidy throughout the day, and of course providing AMPLE love to all. I have experience nursing abandoned kittens to health and maturity, as well as acclimating feral cats into the home. I am more than keen when it comes to feline behavior! (My mother used to "joke" that her four children should come together and open a vet clinic.) Today, my husband and I have a well-trained, 3 year old shepherd mix named Poet, whom we adopted at just 8 weeks old, and a 5 year old American bobtail kitty named Millie, who we also rescued. We both work from home and our animals are our absolute lives. Normal days for us include walks around the neighborhood, as well as trips to City Bark. We have a fenced in backyard for potty time, as well as sun bathing. Both as our animal have free reign of our home; they watch TV with us, answer email with us, snooze with us, cook with us, etc.! You can trust that your fur baby would be met with the same love, adoration, and care that we provide to our own. Both my husband and myself work from home and are able to provide near-constant care for your fur babies, whether that pertain to potty breaks or play time! We have a modest fenced in yard, as well as one dog and one cat of our own. Both are friendly with all species! We have ample space (spare bedrooms) to set up up a crate/kennel if desired.
