About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years. I currently am a Mother of 3 human children(1 grown) and 4-four legged sons and daughters. I also substitute teach. I have a bachelors degree from UNO. About: I have owned dogs my entire life From Jack Russel’s to Great Danes. I’ve volunteered at vets and shelters and provided care for sick and elderly pets. I have pet sat for years and enjoy providing company and comfort to pets when their owners are away/busy. I work from home full time so have a huge flexibility on my ability to take care of pets or work from other locations if needed! I have a large yard with a brand new and secure fence. I have a well trained and friendly dog and two cats that are super friendly!

About: I’ve always been a huge animal lover, and some of the greatest loves of my life have had four paws. I had my sweet cat, Henry, for four wonderful years before he passed away, and for the last three years I helped raise and care for an adorable Goldendoodle who now lives with her other pet parent. I don’t currently have a fur baby of my own, so I genuinely love getting the chance to care for other people’s pets. I’ve also spent years pet sitting for friends and family, and I know how much trust it takes to leave someone you love in another person’s care. I’m affectionate, attentive, dependable, and probably the person who will be talking to your pet like we’re old friends within five minutes. Whether they love long walks, playtime, belly rubs, couch cuddles, or just having a calm human nearby, I’m happy to give them all the love and attention they deserve while you’re away. I’m a full-time, stay-at-home writer, so I have plenty of time and flexibility to give your fur baby lots of attention, playtime, walks, and cuddles throughout the day. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I love having a furry companion join me for my morning and evening walks. Your pet’s comfort and safety are always my priority. I only board pets from one household at a time, so your fur baby gets plenty of individual attention and a calm, secure environment without unfamiliar pets coming and going. I have a large fenced-in yard for supervised outdoor time, and I’m also walking distance from a beautiful large park that’s perfect for longer walks and exploring. I have a dog crate available for crate-trained pups, and I’m happy to follow your usual feeding, walking, sleeping, and household routines so your pet feels as comfortable and at home as possible while you’re away.

About: Growing up, my nuclear family cared for roughly thirty cats, both indoor and outdoor. Naturally, part of my daily routine was feeding them all before getting on the school bus, keeping the litter boxes and surrounding areas tidy throughout the day, and of course providing AMPLE love to all. I have experience nursing abandoned kittens to health and maturity, as well as acclimating feral cats into the home. I am more than keen when it comes to feline behavior! (My mother used to "joke" that her four children should come together and open a vet clinic.) Today, my husband and I have a well-trained, 3 year old shepherd mix named Poet, whom we adopted at just 8 weeks old, and a 5 year old American bobtail kitty named Millie, who we also rescued. We both work from home and our animals are our absolute lives. Normal days for us include walks around the neighborhood, as well as trips to City Bark. We have a fenced in backyard for potty time, as well as sun bathing. Both as our animal have free reign of our home; they watch TV with us, answer email with us, snooze with us, cook with us, etc.! You can trust that your fur baby would be met with the same love, adoration, and care that we provide to our own. Both my husband and myself work from home and are able to provide near-constant care for your fur babies, whether that pertain to potty breaks or play time! We have a modest fenced in yard, as well as one dog and one cat of our own. Both are friendly with all species! We have ample space (spare bedrooms) to set up up a crate/kennel if desired.

About: I am a huge animal lover and advocate for all fur babies. I currently own four pets ( two cats and two dogs). I volunteer at the shelter and give back to the community. I have pet sat for my friends and families dogs and only recently decided to do this as a side gig. If you were to ask any of my friends and family, one of the main things they would describe about me is my love and care for animals. I go above and beyond. Just last year I picked up four lost dogs and reunited them with their owners. I also helped to TNR the kitties in my neighborhood and now have 3 permanent porch kitties 😂. You will never have to question if your pets are in good hands. I am also familiar with medium to large dogs and reactive dogs. My two dogs are reactive and I have learned a lot over the last 8-9 years. I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I can take your dog for walks or potty breaks throughout the week and even more flexible during the weekends. About: When your pets stay with me, they get my full attention. I'm currently freelancing and work mostly from home, besides the occasional meeting, in-person project, or event. I prefer to host one pet family at a time, so that I can give each client and crew my utmost effort, compassion, and care. I'm an avid foster with the Louisiana SPCA and have volunteered with animal welfare organizations across the state since I was a teenager. Whether that's a long sniffy and shaded walk in City Park, or a breezy stroll along the lakefront, I make sure all of our adventures are catered to your pet's comfort and schedule. I'm currently freelancing, so I have ample free time to care for pets of all kinds. With enough notice, I can generally be available any day of the week at any time. I'm able to work mostly remotely, and I try to structure my days around hanging with your pets at your house or at mine. When I do have to leave pets alone, I make sure they're cozy with fresh food and water, toys, and plenty of napping space. I ask lots of questions during our meet-and-greets and our communications to ensure we're aligned on your family's needs schedule-wise, and so that I understand your pet's normal daily routine. I try to keep my calendar current, so you can see when I'm available and when I'm not, but reach out anytime! Your pet stays with me whether in your home or at my own. My flexible schedule allows me to hang out and check in often. I have reliable transportation that allows me to fetch the essentials and the luxuries, like treats. My home has a fenced yard, so there's plenty of space for secure outdoor activities. I also have a pool, so when it's hot, there's a place to cool off. If I'm boarding your pet, I'll follow your lead when it comes to swimming. If your dog loves water, we can swim together, and if they're not a swimmer, I'll make sure we stay dry. I'm always happy to share more details about our yard during our conversations or a meet-and-greet. On walks, we use the leashes and gear you provide and that your pet is familiar with. Alternatively, I can also bring my own leashes if you'd like. I follow your instructions around feeding, routine, and medications (I appreciate having your instructions written down). I refer to your preferred vet and pet hospital information. As a local New Orleanian, I'm resourceful and knowledgeable about the multitude of pet resources in town that help your pet stay healthy and happy, from clinics that offer free vaccines to local restaurants that are pup-friendly.

About: I'm a very attentive and tidy pet owner to give the pets as much love and as much space as the appear to need. I respect pets, independence and no the most of their social cues to tell me what they need. While I'm completing Project Manager certification and job hunting for Engineering work in the Renewable Energy Industry, I love getting out everyday for sunset walk (or run for dogs that need it). I've dated a Vet Technician and learned a lot from her with her kitten and elder cat. I've even shared a dog and had to endure putting it down sadly. I'm very attentive with pets and love giving them just the right amount of attention, or space, that they enjoy naturally. I respect pets like any other member of the family.
