About: I’ve grown up with whole life with dogs, so I know the importance of taking care of your 4-legged family member(s) that are important in your life. I want to provide my services so that your fur baby is safe and comfortable in their own home, while you are alway from home. I’ve had small dogs such as jack Russell’s and as big as pit bulls in my family. No fur baby is too big or too small to love and care for. I am currently not working since I am finishing my degree in Nursing. The only work I have been doing is part-time babysitting and dog sitting on the side & weekends. I am mostly available weekdays from 8am-8pm. Weekends can be tricky for me due to other side jobs such as babysitting, so it just depends. Just ask if you have questions about any specific weekend. I currently have a recused pitbull-husky mix living in my home with me, that loves to play all day. She is recently just finished her heart worm treatment as of August 2025. We just started slowly becoming active again. Due to her circumstances, I have been able to learn more about pets medication and aiding in helping her through this process. Unfortunately, I can not have any pets in my home due to renting restrictions of no more than 1 dog. However, I am available to help with other pets medications and care for your fur pup in your home.
About: I’ve been a dedicated pet owner for several years and know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family members. As a dog and cat mom myself, I’m experienced with daily walks, feeding, playtime, administering basic medications, cleaning litter boxes, and providing plenty of love and attention. I’m patient, dependable, and committed to making every pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. Whether your pet loves long walks, playing fetch, or simply relaxing with company, I’ll tailor my care to their unique personality and routine. I’ll also keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine. I make time each day to ensure pets receive the care, attention, exercise, and companionship they need. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, litter box or yard clean-up, or simply spending quality time with them, I’m committed to keeping pets happy, comfortable, and on their regular routine. I also plan my schedule to be dependable and communicate with owners through updates and photos, so they have peace of mind while they’re away. I care for every pet as if they were my own by following their usual routine and giving them plenty of attention, patience, and affection. In a client’s home, I make sure pets are fed on schedule, have fresh water, get the exercise or playtime they need, and receive lots of companionship. I also keep their space clean, whether that means scooping litter boxes, cleaning up after walks, or tidying food and water areas. I’ll respect your home, follow any special care instructions, and provide regular photo and message updates so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to help your pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.
“Olivia is an incredible dog sitter! My dog is very shy and she goes above and beyond to win his trust during their drop in sessions. She is also a good communicator and always sends me updates and photos on how my pup is doing.”

“Mimi always takes amazing care of my Chantilly when I’m traveling and provides great updates so that I know how she is doing! It always makes leaving home much easier knowing she’s well taken care of in my absence!”
“Lindsey was very dependable. The dogs seemed to love her. I enjoyed knowing my dogs were being cared for in my home. I would definitely use Lindsey as my dog sitter in the future.”

About: Family and friends have trusted me to take care of their fur babies and homes while they're away, by keeping up with their pets' routines and caring for them like they're my own. I bring a calming energy that animals easily take to. I currently care for both dogs and cats. I'm currently in between jobs and doing sitting for friends and family. I have a lot of free time around appointments to provide care, check-ins, and sittings for your pets! While caring for pets at a clients home, I ensure that the pets stay on their routine and get lots of love. I provide reliable care for not only pets but also the homes.

About: I have had a dogs and cats my whole life and have experience in all animals. I have a bachelors degree in Animal health and behavior science. I have worked in 2 zoos and have volunteered at 1 animal shelter. I have experience in giving medications as well as handling animals who are unsure and nervous. I am currently a stay at home mom to teenagers so I have nothing but time. I’m flexible and can come to you! I’m even willing to come weekends. I prefer to come to you, just because my rental agreement does not allow for more animals than I currently have. I can walk and come stay with them, I have experience in giving medication including shots. I am patient and kind even with unsure and uneasy animals. My current client says I have “animal energy” lol.

About: I grew up with dogs at my parents' house and currently care for my own 4-year-old cat, so I'm comfortable with both. I also regularly watch my friends and family’s cats when they're out of town, which means I'm used to following feeding routines and making sure pets feel safe and loved while their owners are away. I'm patient with young pets and attentive to senior care needs too. As a nursing student with a flexible schedule, I can give your pets consistent, reliable attention. Pet care fits easily into my routine since I'm currently unemployed and have a flexible schedule. I'm starting school on August 17th, but outside of classes and studying, I'll still have plenty of availability. I won't be able to work on Fridays or Sundays. Mondays and Tuesdays I'm free around 3pm, and Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays I'm free all day. Just let me know what works best for you! I offer pet sitting and drop-in visits. In your home, I'll follow your routine feeding, walks, playtime, litter box cleaning, and any meds. I'll keep things tidy and send updates so you know your pet's doing well. In my home, I'd provide a safe, supervised space with plenty of attention, though I'd focus on pet sitting at your place since I have my own cat. Either way, your pet gets consistent care and love while you're away.
“Celeste was so sweet! We felt very comfortable having her watch our cat while we were out of town. She was super accommodating and we loved the photos that she sent us. We will definitely book with Celeste again.”

About: I've been caring for dogs for years, starting with pet sitting for my best friend's dogs and later helping my sister care for pets in our community. My experience grew even further when I worked for a year at a doggy daycare and boarding facility, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I also worked at a veterinary clinic, giving me valuable knowledge about both dogs' and cats' health, behavior, and daily care needs. I understand how important it is to find someone you trust with your pets, and I treat every animal as if they were my own- providing plenty of attention, exercise, affection, and safe, reliable care while you're away. I am currently seeking a summer job before returning to college for the upcoming academic year. I am motivated to gain valuable work experience, develop professional skills, and earn income to help support my educational expenses. I am dependable, eager to learn, and available to work every day throughout the summer season, including weekends if needed. I am looking for an opportunity where I can contribute positively while building experience that will benefit me both personally and professionally. I provide attentive and compassionate care for pets in their own homes, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. I follow each pet's routine, including feeding, exercise, playtime, and any special care instructions. I give pets plenty of affection and attention, monster their well-being, and maintain clean and secure environment.
“Adam was great with our dog and cat. He made sure to get all the important details on our pets care and made sure they had everything they needed. Our pets were well taken care of while we were gone. Would recommend and plan to use Adam in the future!”

About: ---> Sorry, I do NOT accept most spunky, young dogs Over 30 pounds. Most of the small pets I care for cannot physically handle playing with most dogs over 30 pounds. There's no setting for that weight on Rover. (Unless your pet is an elder and/or they're very mellow) <--- My name is Melissa (aka. "Missy"). I'd like to care for your precious pet the next time you need some help. Do you have somewhere to go, or something to do? Let me help you, at your place or mine!?! You can book your pet for a caring, one hour, drop-in visit to your home, a few overnight visits, or an extended stay at my house. Do you need help at the last minute ... ? No problem. I'm happy to provide pet transportation, if needed. I can also help you fulfill the rules & requirements at a "Pet-Friendly" NOLa hotel, when the rules say, “you cannot leave your pet in the hotel room alone”. I work from home as a bookkeeper & tax consultant - This means your precious pet will NEVER be left alone for long hours, whenever they're in my care. I will be at your pet's side, while you take care of business or if you have a fun get-away planned. I’m very comfortable with many different animals & dog breeds, including elderly dogs that need a mellow, safe space with calm, gentle care. I pay close attention to what your dog likes & dis-likes, along with their personality quirks & individual needs. I enjoy caring for all animals, both young & old. I do not accept more than 2-3 dogs at a time. ((I USUALLY only schedule ONE family's pet(s) at the same time, especially if there’s a new dog client)). I always put in a great deal of consideration, before scheduling more than one family's pet at the same time. My home is very spacious, clean, well-organized & safe. I have a large, gated/enclosed & secure, backyard. The dogs that stay with me are ALWAYS supervised. My eyes will be on your pet constantly, while we play at your home or mine, both inside & outside. Allow me to love & care for your precious pet, while you take care of you. Let's discuss your needs. I do offer one free meet & greet. Other than dogs, I also have experience caring for: Cats, Birds, Bunnies, Turtles, Lizards, Snakes, Hamsters, Fish, Frogs, Chickens & Plants. Most of my pet guests are small, therefore any extra frisky, playful pet, over 30 pounds may cause physical harm, even if they are just playing. I'd rather not take that chance. I work from home as a bookkeeper & tax consultant. I’m rarely away from the house for more than 2-3 hours. I will always keep my eyes on your pet, even when the pet is roaming around the backyard. My backyard has a 9 ft. high, wooden fence. I also have a double gated entry, front-yard patio. I can also provide crates if needed. My 20 pound dog is 8yrs. old and he is very mellow & well behaved. He always welcomes another dog friend, anytime. We have a trusted routine for introducing new pet guests.
“Elizabeth took such special care of our 10 y/o Boxer. She was cuddled and walked and fed on schedule, keeping her comfy and safe in her own home. It's such a great feeling to know someone will love and care for our baby as much as we do.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
