About: Animals but doggies in general have always held a special place in my heart since a young age. As a pet owner and prior military service member, I know how much it takes to leave your baby in someone else’s care. I have experience caring for my own pups as well as helping friends and family members with their babies. Whether it’s walks, playtime, cuddles, feeding or just simply sticking to your pet’s routine, I’ll most definitely treat your baby with the same love, kindness, patience and care I give my own. I can’t wait to meet them :) 🐾🥰🤞🏾 I’m currently a full time online student looking to make some extra income and to give my babies Lana and Baby a buddy to play with :). So Monday - Sunday I’m available to take care of your fur baby. I currently live in a gated apartment complex with plenty of space towards the back. So they will have more than enough space to run around and get some playtime in. Also as far as walks I live right behind a levee and that’s where they will get their walks in :)

About: I've been caring for dogs for years, starting with pet sitting for my best friend's dogs and later helping my sister care for pets in our community. My experience grew even further when I worked for a year at a doggy daycare and boarding facility, where I cared for dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities. There's no setting for that weight on Rover. (Unless your pet is an elder and/or they're very mellow) <--- My name is Melissa (aka. "Missy"). I'd like to care for your precious pet the next time you need some help. Do you have somewhere to go, or something to do? Let me help you, at your place or mine!?! You can book your pet for a caring, one hour, drop-in visit to your home, a few overnight visits, or an extended stay at my house. Do you need help at the last minute ... ? No problem. I'm happy to provide pet transportation, if needed. I can also help you fulfill the rules & requirements at a "Pet-Friendly" NOLa hotel, when the rules say, “you cannot leave your pet in the hotel room alone”. I work from home as a bookkeeper & tax consultant - This means your precious pet will NEVER be left alone for long hours, whenever they're in my care. I will be at your pet's side, while you take care of business or if you have a fun get-away planned. I’m very comfortable with many different animals & dog breeds, including elderly dogs that need a mellow, safe space with calm, gentle care. I pay close attention to what your dog likes & dis-likes, along with their personality quirks & individual needs. I enjoy caring for all animals, both young & old. I have a large, gated/enclosed & secure, backyard. The dogs that stay with me are ALWAYS supervised. My eyes will be on your pet constantly, while we play at your home or mine, both inside & outside. Other than dogs, I also have experience caring for: Cats, Birds, Bunnies, Turtles, Lizards, Snakes, Hamsters, Fish, Frogs, Chickens & Plants. Most of my pet guests are small, therefore any extra frisky, playful pet, over 30 pounds may cause physical harm, even if they are just playing. I'd rather not take that chance. My backyard has a 9 ft. high, wooden fence. I also have a double gated entry, front-yard patio. I can also provide crates if needed. My 20 pound dog is 8yrs. old and he is very mellow & well behaved. He always welcomes another dog friend, anytime. We have a trusted routine for introducing new pet guests.

About: I’ve grown up with whole life with dogs, so I know the importance of taking care of your 4-legged family member(s) that are important in your life. I want to provide my services so that your fur baby is safe and comfortable in their own home, while you are alway from home. I’ve had small dogs such as jack Russell’s and as big as pit bulls in my family. No fur baby is too big or too small to love and care for. I am currently not working since I am finishing my degree in Nursing. The only work I have been doing is part-time babysitting and dog sitting on the side & weekends. I am mostly available weekdays from 8am-8pm. Weekends can be tricky for me due to other side jobs such as babysitting, so it just depends. Just ask if you have questions about any specific weekend. I currently have a recused pitbull-husky mix living in my home with me, that loves to play all day. She is recently just finished her heart worm treatment as of August 2025. We just started slowly becoming active again. Due to her circumstances, I have been able to learn more about pets medication and aiding in helping her through this process. Unfortunately, I can not have any pets in my home due to renting restrictions of no more than 1 dog. However, I am available to help with other pets medications and care for your fur pup in your home.

About: I've had a dog since I was a kid and always loved them. I currently have three wonderful dogs, a pup, adult & a senior. I trained dogs 15+ years. I understand how to care for all kinds of dogs. I can administer medicine pill & shots. There is always someone home to care for your pet & will recieve walks & play time every 3-4 hrs. Its apart of my daily routine. I also have a puppy now so my son takes them out when I work. They go out at least 5 times a day. I have a large fenced yard and a room specifically for the dogs. There's always someone home to take them out to play. My other dogs are friendly and love to make new friends.

They immediately hit it off, and she went above and beyond while I was out of town. She kept me updated with pictures and videos, took him on car rides, and even let him visit with her pups, with my permission of course. About: I’ve taken care of 2 Belgian Malinois for 5 years where I’ve had to administer medication, train, switch up diet planning, and do basic grooming. I currently own a betta fish and red eared slider turtle due to renting restrictions. I currently work part time at 2 different jobs, however I can make my own schedule at both. I’m also a full time RN student, but we do have summer breaks. My schedule does fluctuate, however I am usually available consistently early mornings and in the evening time every day. My schedule will reflect when I am available. I’ve worked with multiple high maintenance that require lots of activity throughout the day, so my check ins are more in depth with feeding, potty time, and play time. I also understand boundaries, and rituals, as I’ve spent lots of time with pets of different ages and activity levels.

About: Former Registered Nurse, forever animal lover! I truly enjoy taking care of animals and people. I have had dogs all my life, my mom even had 6 dachshunds at one time in our lives! She currently has three large Bernedoodles that I house sit and walk for her when she needs. I have two senior Labrador Retrievers that live with my dad and his Border collie, who I house sit, walk, and eternally throw a ball to when he needs. I also occasionally baby sit my sister’s havanese and brother’s dachshunds. So I guess you could say I have experience with dogs big and small and all ages. I currently teach motorcycle safety classes at NOLA Riding Academy on weekends so I’m available most weekdays. After some treat bribing I can get my mom’s timid 36lb bernedoodle to go on a walk and once she’s out she loves it! I can throw the ball for hours to my dad’s never tired border collie and can get him back into his crate when it’s time. I pet my attention loving yellow lab until I collect a hairball the size of him.
