About: My family and I have fostered and adopted injured/disabled dogs in the past so I understand what it takes to care for special need animals. I also have a senior dog and so I know the steps needed to care for an older dog(s)! I do not work and therefore have a lot of time to take care of your pet(s)! I have the time to play, walk, and do whatever you deem necessary for your pet’s health and wellbeing! When pet sitting, your furry companion will get so much love and attention, and they will get as much play time as desired and as many walks necessary! They will be fed appropriately and given medication if necessary! All rules will be followed and your house will be well respected.

You can book your pet for a caring, one hour, drop-in visit to your home, a few overnight visits, or an extended stay at my house. Do you need help at the last minute ... ? No problem. I'm happy to provide pet transportation, if needed. I can also help you fulfill the rules & requirements at a "Pet-Friendly" NOLa hotel, when the rules say, “you cannot leave your pet in the hotel room alone”. I work from home as a bookkeeper & tax consultant - This means your precious pet will NEVER be left alone for long hours, whenever they're in my care. I will be at your pet's side, while you take care of business or if you have a fun get-away planned. I’m very comfortable with many different animals & dog breeds, including elderly dogs that need a mellow, safe space with calm, gentle care. I always put in a great deal of consideration, before scheduling more than one family's pet at the same time. My home is very spacious, clean, well-organized & safe. I have a large, gated/enclosed & secure, backyard. The dogs that stay with me are ALWAYS supervised. My eyes will be on your pet constantly, while we play at your home or mine, both inside & outside. Allow me to love & care for your precious pet, while you take care of you. Let's discuss your needs. I do offer one free meet & greet. Other than dogs, I also have experience caring for: Cats, Birds, Bunnies, Turtles, Lizards, Snakes, Hamsters, Fish, Frogs, Chickens & Plants. Most of my pet guests are small, therefore any extra frisky, playful pet, over 30 pounds may cause physical harm, even if they are just playing. I'd rather not take that chance. I work from home as a bookkeeper & tax consultant. I’m rarely away from the house for more than 2-3 hours. I will always keep my eyes on your pet, even when the pet is roaming around the backyard. My backyard has a 9 ft. high, wooden fence. I also have a double gated entry, front-yard patio. I can also provide crates if needed. My 20 pound dog is 8yrs. old and he is very mellow & well behaved. He always welcomes another dog friend, anytime. We have a trusted routine for introducing new pet guests.

Our cats are terrified of strangers but they’ve grown to love her which has surprised us COMPLETELY. Not because of the person she is but because that’s how scared our cats are of strangers. She takes amazing care of them and nothing less. My cats are always so, so happy when we come home (because they get to see us but more because they got to have a friend to hang out with for a few days to get away from their parents) and they’re well fed. She takes the time to play with them and make sure they’re active. She is always asking questions if things she can do for them to make them happier, or maybe ask about other toys we have to stimulate them. She’s a pet lover and it shows. She’s the only one I trust to pet sit my cats and the only person I trust to leave alone in my home. Sayings she’s amazing is an understatement. You HAVE to hire her for your babies.”

About: I have always had a passion for animals goes beyond care. I have 2 cats, a leopard gecko, and an African Dwarf frog as my own pets. I have volunteered at animal shelters and worked in a veterinary clinic for a summer as a vet tech. I am also able to help with other types of pets as well, such as reptiles or mammals! I had a pet rabbit for 10 years and plenty experience with reptiles! I currently work part time right by lakeside mall, so I am available before I go in, during my lunch break (1 hour), and after I get off (latest will be 5:30) I am able to play with your pets/walk your dogs in the mornings before I go to work, during my hour long lunch break, and/or when I get off of work! My pets mean the absolute world to me. There’s nothing like gaining an animals trust and building that bond. I love every animal as my own and I can’t wait to meet your pets!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs/cats of all kinds for 6 years now. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and extend love to their pets. I enjoy meeting new pets and adapting to their needs. I work a full time job myself but adjust so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I know how important it is to show care and love to all pets any time of the day! I have a fenced yard and one dog that’s not even close to harmful. I also have two cats that live a life of their own and cause no bother to anyone. Anything that is requested can certainly be met.

About: I've had a dog since I was a kid and always loved them. I currently have three wonderful dogs, a pup, adult & a senior. I trained dogs 15+ years. I understand how to care for all kinds of dogs. I can administer medicine pill & shots. There is always someone home to care for your pet & will recieve walks & play time every 3-4 hrs. Its apart of my daily routine. I also have a puppy now so my son takes them out when I work. They go out at least 5 times a day. I have a large fenced yard and a room specifically for the dogs. There's always someone home to take them out to play. My other dogs are friendly and love to make new friends.

After serving in the military, I rescued my dog Deku, a border collie–schnauzer mix who learned full obedience and trick training within months. I’ve also helped raise my brother’s Catahoula/Blue Heeler mix, Snoop — another high-energy, intelligent dog who taught me how to handle rough play and stubborn behavior. I’ve worked at Petco handling small animals, volunteered at shelters, and now regularly walk dogs, giving me experience with dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and energy levels. From Farrah: I’ve cared for cats and dogs my entire life, and my Boston Terrier — who I walked and ran with for over 10 years — shaped my understanding of daily pet care, consistency, and companionship. As an adult, I fostered a kitten for almost a year and have been house-sitting for the past 3 years. I’ve cared for up to 4 cats, 2 dogs (large and small), and even goats and chickens for the family I regularly house sit for. About: I would be a great pet sitter because I have a genuine love for animals and experience caring for dogs. I regularly volunteer at my local animal shelter on the weekends, where I help care for and support dogs of all sizes and personalities. I have also had my own dog, Twix, a Boston Terrier, for the past five years, which has given me hands-on experience with daily care, including feeding, walking, bathing, and providing attention and comfort. I am very comfortable handling all aspects of dog care and making sure pets feel safe and loved. As a college student, I have a very flexible schedule and can accommodate different needs and routines. I am responsible, dependable, and attentive, and I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs. Being able to care for your pet would also mean a lot to me, as I miss my own dog back home. Overall, I am committed to providing reliable, caring, and high-quality care for every pet I look after. Although I am a full time college student, I have very flexible hours and I am able to walk and sit dogs with little notice.
