About: My family and I have fostered and adopted injured/disabled dogs in the past so I understand what it takes to care for special need animals. I also have a senior dog and so I know the steps needed to care for an older dog(s)! I do not work and therefore have a lot of time to take care of your pet(s)! I have the time to play, walk, and do whatever you deem necessary for your pet’s health and wellbeing! When pet sitting, your furry companion will get so much love and attention, and they will get as much play time as desired and as many walks necessary! They will be fed appropriately and given medication if necessary! All rules will be followed and your house will be well respected.

About: My father raised and trained dogs so I have been caring for dogs since childhood. I have been personally caring for my own dogs as well as dogs of family and friends for the past seven years. I am medically trained for emergencies and can care for special needs and sick dogs. I will treat your pet with the love and kindness as I do my own. I can be available day and night, weekends and holidays even on short notice. I am hoping to make this a full-time position and will be available seven days a week 24 hours a day and can provide same-day service. I will follow all rules of the home in which I am sitting. I will never leave pets unattended. They will have my full attention and safety is my number one priority.

They immediately hit it off, and she went above and beyond while I was out of town. She kept me updated with pictures and videos, took him on car rides, and even let him visit with her pups, with my permission of course. Jake was more sad watching her leave than he was excited to see me, lol. I highly recommend Nicole and will definitely be using her again!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs/cats of all kinds for 4 years now. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and extend love to their pets. I enjoy meeting new pets and adapting to their needs. I’m currently working part-time, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with your pups! As a senior in college I also have an open schedule that allows me to offer my care! I have a fenced yard and one dog that not even close to harmful. I also have two cats that live a life of their own and cause no bother to anyone. Anything that is requested can certainly be met.

About: I’ve had pets my whole life growing up! I got my first on cat (Katniss) as a freshman in college, and she is now 12 years old and thriving well! I got my first dog (Albus) the next year and he is a 106 pounds black lab who is also doing very well. I am a teacher so I am off from June-July 20 all day, every day. I can show up on short notice and stay for extended periods if needed! My schedule for the next 2 months is extremely flexible, and I’m willing to work with your schedule as well! I have a dog and a cat of my own, so I’m very experienced caring for multiple pets in a home environment. I have a condo in Metairie a block from the levee where I can take a dog on a good walk, and my parents house in mandeville with a fenced yard where pets can safely play and get fresh air. I can easily crate your dog or cat if needed, follow any specific feeding, medication, or routine instructions, and provide plenty of love, attention, and enrichment. Other than dogs, I also have experience caring for: Cats, Birds, Bunnies, Turtles, Lizards, Snakes, Hamsters, Fish, Frogs, Chickens & Plants. Most of my pet guests are small, therefore any extra frisky, playful pet, over 40 pounds may cause physical harm, even if they are just playing. I'd rather not take that chance. About: I have always had a passion for animals goes beyond care. I have 2 cats, a leopard gecko, and an African Dwarf frog as my own pets. I have volunteered at animal shelters and worked in a veterinary clinic for a summer as a vet tech. I am also able to help with other types of pets as well, such as reptiles or mammals! I had a pet rabbit for 10 years and plenty experience with reptiles! I currently work part time right by lakeside mall, so I am available before I go in, during my lunch break (1 hour), and after I get off (latest will be 5:30) I am able to play with your pets/walk your dogs in the mornings before I go to work, during my hour long lunch break, and/or when I get off of work! About: Hey there! I’m Sarah. I'm so excited to be here on Rover! I have been surrounded by animals my entire life. My mom was a rescue manager, so naturally, her love for furbabies poured over to me, as well.  I grew up helping my mom with our furfamily, fosters, and I even went with her when she was pet sitting for family, friends, and neighbors. I wanted to be as much help as I could to my mom and them. Tho my mom doesn’t pet sit anymore, she is still my go to and may come with me from time to time to help. In mentioning my mom, she drinks coffee out of a mug that reads, "I WILL SAVE THEM ALL." I love that mug! We have a furfamily of 5 dogs and 2 cats. I love them all so much and am grateful for each of them. They make me smile from ear to ear on a daily basis. I also work full-time 3 to 1130 Thursday-Monsay. I could work on my off days, which is Tuesdays and Wednesdays, but that has to be midday visits/walks Available Thursday-Monday 7 AM to 3 PM. Of note, I will always do my very best to give plenty of notice for days I will not be available (ie. Holidays and personal time off, etc.). I offer drop-in services only. I am excited to have this opportunity to be there for you. I understand how important it is to be able to trust who takes care of your furbabies.
