About: Hi! I am a 22 year old pre veterinary student with a huge passion for animals (dogs and cats especially). I have accumulated extensive experience working and volunteering at vet clinics and shelters. I have had dogs of all kinds all throughout my childhood and care for my friend’s dogs when she’s away on break. I understand the patience and respect that is needed with animals, especially ones you’re newly meeting. I’m a student who lives off campus on Freret. Besides school, I have a fairly flexible schedule and can move things around and accommodate if needed! Generally, I am available Monday, Wed, Fri from 11am-8pm and Tues, Thurs from 11am-4pm I have no other pets (nor other time commitments besides school really) so I can dedicate all my time to your pup! I am also very diligent and remember to keep everything in check - i.e. having my checklist ready when visiting your home to pet sit and always making sure to lock up after me. Bottom line, open and easy communication with both pet and owner (as well as upholding mutual respect) can help my services be as safe as possible for everyone.

About: I started dog-sitting in college. I've taken care of blind senior dogs, puppies, adult dogs, not to mention guinea pigs, chinchillas, cats, turtles...the list goes on!! I work from home, so I can take my laptop anywhere! I do have a strict work schedule, but it doesn't matter where I am. I am available on weekends, Wednesdays, and Fridays, as well as most mornings and evenings throughout the week. I communicate with owners beforehand to understand each pet’s needs and follow all instructions closely, including feeding, medication, walks, playtime, and clean-up. I adjust to each pet’s behavior and energy level to ensure they feel safe, calm, and well cared for while you’re away.

About: I've had multiple dogs growing up. After moving into a house with cats, my dog now stays with my brother. I want to spend more time with dogs to balance out the cats! I'm currently working remotely, so I can make most times work unless I have a meeting. I typically know my schedule well in advance, so I can work in check-ins or walks into my schedule easily! Safety is always first on walks with secure leashes; I will be respectful in homes and of other property, and treats ready for positive experience

About: Since adopting my first pet in 2016, I discovered that I preferred to spend my off time with animals! Simply put I look forward to hanging out with your pet! I look forward to making both pets and people happy and like to listen to the preferences and needs of each individual pet. I am a dance/theater and fitness instructor so my schedule is often very opposite of your traditional 9-5. I have lots of daytime available and can even be available in the evenings. Pets safety, comfortability, and happiness are a top priority not only in my own home but anywhere I go. It is not only important to me but brings me joy to know I have helped or cared for any animal. I prefer to follow veterinary or research based guidelines when caring for pets but of course understand all pets are different and I am happy to accommodate any needs.
