I had over 20 adoptions of dogs alone, with two aggressive dogs changed to happy puppies. I currently own a dog who is absolutely great I’m a dog lover. I have a large, gated/enclosed & secure, backyard. The dogs that stay with me are ALWAYS supervised. My eyes will be on your pet constantly, while we play at your home or mine, both inside & outside. Other than dogs, I also have experience caring for: Cats, Birds, Bunnies, Turtles, Lizards, Snakes, Hamsters, Fish, Frogs, Chickens & Plants. Most of my pet guests are small, therefore any extra frisky, playful pet, over 40 pounds may cause physical harm, even if they are just playing. I'd rather not take that chance. Miley had some special needs during her visit (some medicine and specific food to curtail an upset stomach) and Regina didn’t mind at all. It was a little cold snap, so I brought Miley with a sweater. When I picked her up the next day, Regina had even sewn shut a hole that had been in that sweater, I was so surprised and so happy. About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all kinds my whole life. As a teenager, I began taking care of dogs for folks in town that would go on vacation. Since then, I’ve often been the go-to guy for several friends and family that trusted me with their beloved pets. I’ve always found it natural to get along with dogs, even dogs that I was told didn’t generally take to strangers well. I’m more than happy to take care of all your dogsitting needs and hope to become your pup’s new best friend! I currently live a very pet friendly lifestyle. I can provide care during morning, afternoon, or evening hours. I can easily fit my schedule around the needs of your pets as I am frequently out in the neighborhood parks and on walks with friends both quad- and bi-pedal alike. I understand how different dogs can be in personality and energy, and can provide care accordingly. I'm just as comfortable lounging around the house as I am walking to the park or just wandering the neighborhood.
