About: Hi! I have previously done Rover and found so much joy in it. I am a huge animal lover. My father breeds golden doodles so I have experience caring for puppies. I have a 3-legged cat named Shanks who is my best friend. My cat was hit by a car and was the oldest cat in the humane society, left with a broken leg. Now Shanks is missing a leg but is the most spoiled rotten cat! I am very empathetic towards animals and have lots of experience with big and small dogs. I can’t wait to get to meet your babies! I am currently working at a hospital full time. But I enjoy getting up early for morning walks. I am open M-F mornings as well as the afternoons after 5. Weekends I am usually available all day. I care for my pets by giving them all of my attention. I have a disabled cat who I have helped him meet some of his needs. He has a litter robot, automatic foot, and water bowl. This is to track his health and ensure he is hydrated. He has lots of toys that keep him active. I take him on walks in his stroller. He has a cat tree to sleep and hide in. He gets wet food every so often to also help with hydration. My cats health is my main priority.

About: I have had cats for so many years of my life before having a few dogs and then birds and hamster's added in to our life during the time of having multiple cats. We only have cats now since the year of October 2010 til current times. I'm passionate about working with animals and providing attentive care. I have hands-on experience caring for animals in home settings, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring their well-being. Skilled at safely handling dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments, experienced in cleaning kennels, feeding animals, monitoring their health, able to follow instructions for animal care routines and respond quickly to any issues. I work at a local arena that is near the French Quarter area. I work in the Housekeeping Department, so my schedule can be pretty flexible because I don't work 5 or more days of the week by a rigid schedule of someone else telling me I have to come to work on. I schedule myself for when I am available to work. I usually only work around 1-4 days a week at best. Sometimes there is no event for one or two weeks because of a certain reason. • I am usually working early in the day by 9:00 AM til the afternoon like 3:00 / 4:00 PM. I work later events that have me showing up around 1:00 PM / 2:30 PM before the event starts til the end of the event around 9:00 PM from August during heavy amounts of events going on til April or May during slower amounts of events going on. • Between April / May til August, I am completely available to do anything you need for Boarding, House-Sitting, and Doggy Day Care because I don't really have anything going on except grocery / prescription runs for my mom and possibly me at another store, and with doctor's appointment for me and my mom. **Availability & Visit Times - Westbank** I offer midday drop-in visits usually between 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM daily. This window lets me give each pet full, unrushed attention for feeding, litter, play, and cuddles. If you need a specific time within that window, just ask! My youngest and most recent kitten I adopted was just 8 weeks old when I got him. He is now a strong, loving, and happy 1 year old boy! I am willing to do drop in visits on weekdays, I just ask for a week in advance notice. On Saturdays and Sundays I am very flexible. About: I've had pets my entire life. I'm retired now and travel extensively for part of the year, so I'm unable to have pets of my own and thought this would be a great way to keep busy while I am in town. I have a doggy door and a large, gated backyard for games of fetch or hide and seek. I will provide a safe, loving home while you are away or drop-in if you so choose. When I'm in NOLA, I often work part-time from home. I'm retired so you could call me a homebody, and I'm often found working in my garden. In the fourth quarter of the year, I do travel until thanksgiving but will keep my calendar here updated. I am relatively flexible with scheduling. My son recently moved and took his Boston Terrier with him, so there are no longer any pets in my home. I have a large, fenced yard perfect for games of hide-and-seek or fetch, and I'm often in the back as well working on my garden. I do not have any plants that would present a danger. I love to take long, daily walks on the levee, which is only two blocks away...and would love to bring your pet along! I often have family visit, who also love pets.

About: I previously dog sat over the weekend with my sister using Rover. I loved the experience and am eagerly awaiting to meet new pets! I have pet sat both dogs and cats for friends over the years. Feeding them, taking them on walks, and generally socializing with them while their owner is away for work or vacation. I have free roam rabbit and have taken care of various small animals since I was young. I am always patient and gentle with animals, and love giving pets and cuddles when accepted by the animal. I recently moved back to New Orleans and currently do not have a regular job. I have completely open availability to meet pets in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings. I allow pets time and space to get to know me. This includes sitting the room together, speaking softly, and holding out my hand for sniffing. If your pet stays with us he or she will have two walks daily and as many bathroom breaks they need:)) we have a large open concept in our home so they have plenty room to play around inside as well:) We only accept minimum of 3 night stay. Your pet will also receive a free bath if booked for 5 or more nights with our family. We assure you that there is no other place you can leave your baby for them to get more love than here in our home.
