“Tina was awesome with my two difficult dogs while we were away for 8 days. She was very professional. Even left pictures of my babies that she had printed. Thanks, Tina! We will definitely use your services again!!!”

“Linda was great! We were traveling through the area and needed pet support for the day. She did a thorough meet and greet the day before to ensure that dogs were familiar with her and she had eveything she needed. She provided great reports and even called us with a verbal report. Would definitely recommend her!”

About: I have had pets my whole life, both cats and dogs of all ages and sizes. I have learned how to interact with, take care of, and build lasting bonds with every one of them. My youngest and most recent kitten I adopted was just 8 weeks old when I got him. He is now a strong, loving, and happy 1 year old boy! I treat every animal I come across as family, as if they were my own. I am currently working full time, Monday through Friday from 7am till 4pm. I am willing to do drop in visits on weekdays, I just ask for a week in advance notice. On Saturdays and Sundays I am very flexible. I am a very punctual and reliable pet sitter, so if there are specific times needed to drop in, or random times, I will make it happen. I have my own transportation and have no problem making deadlines or any special requests. Your pets will be treated like family.

About: Hi! I have previously done Rover and found so much joy in it. I am a huge animal lover. My father breeds golden doodles so I have experience caring for puppies. I have a 3-legged cat named Shanks who is my best friend. My cat was hit by a car and was the oldest cat in the humane society, left with a broken leg. Now Shanks is missing a leg but is the most spoiled rotten cat! I am very empathetic towards animals and have lots of experience with big and small dogs. I can’t wait to get to meet your babies! I am currently working at a hospital full time. But I enjoy getting up early for morning walks. I am open M-F mornings as well as the afternoons after 5. Weekends I am usually available all day. I care for my pets by giving them all of my attention. I have a disabled cat who I have helped him meet some of his needs. He has a litter robot, automatic foot, and water bowl. This is to track his health and ensure he is hydrated. He has lots of toys that keep him active. I take him on walks in his stroller. He has a cat tree to sleep and hide in. He gets wet food every so often to also help with hydration. My cats health is my main priority.
About: Hello there! I am a former veterinary assistant with 6 years of experience in the field. I have experience with cats and dogs of all age ranges and mobility levels and I’d love the opportunity to give your babies the care they need while you’re out and about! I know it can be quite anxiety inducing to leave your baby in someone’s care, so I am more than happy to send you as many text and picture updates as you’d like! I am currently working a full time 8am-5pm after leaving the veterinary industry, but would love the chance to be hands on with animal care again! I am available on the weekends to watch your baby if you’re working or just enjoying a day in the city. I will be vigilant for anything in the home, yard, or out on the street that may pose a risk to your babies safety and well being while in my care! If your baby has any special instructions or needs, please let me know and I’ll be sure to follow them during our time together!

About: I've had dogs most of my adult life. I had 6 at one time and now have 2 Chihuahuas who I adore. I love all pets and want to be your pups best friend. I am retired so I have a lot of free time. I can walk or visit your pups regularly. My schedule is very flexible. I can help out at any time. I have a fenced yard and it is secure. My pups can't get out and they get along with all dogs. My pups are treated like the king and queen they are.
About: I've had pets my entire life. I'm retired now and travel extensively for part of the year, so I'm unable to have pets of my own and thought this would be a great way to keep busy while I am in town. I have a doggy door and a large, gated backyard for games of fetch or hide and seek. I will provide a safe, loving home while you are away or drop-in if you so choose. When I'm in NOLA, I often work part-time from home. I'm retired so you could call me a homebody, and I'm often found working in my garden. In the fourth quarter of the year, I do travel until thanksgiving but will keep my calendar here updated. I am relatively flexible with scheduling. My son recently moved and took his Boston Terrier with him, so there are no longer any pets in my home. I have a large, fenced yard perfect for games of hide-and-seek or fetch, and I'm often in the back as well working on my garden. I do not have any plants that would present a danger. I love to take long, daily walks on the levee, which is only two blocks away...and would love to bring your pet along! I often have family visit, who also love pets.
About: I have had cats for so many years of my life before having a few dogs and then birds and hamster's added in to our life during the time of having multiple cats. We only have cats now since the year of October 2010 til current times. I'm passionate about working with animals and providing attentive care. I have hands-on experience caring for animals in home settings, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring their well-being. Skilled at safely handling dogs and cats of all sizes and temperaments, experienced in cleaning kennels, feeding animals, monitoring their health, able to follow instructions for animal care routines and respond quickly to any issues. I am reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with usually any animal to ensure they are safe and happy, so I think it would make a good fit for your animal to be cared for and looked after. I work at a local arena that is near the French Quarter area. I work in the Housekeeping Department, so my schedule can be pretty flexible because I don't work 5 or more days of the week by a rigid schedule of someone else telling me I have to come to work on. I schedule myself for when I am available to work. I usually only work around 1-4 days a week at best. Sometimes there is no event for one or two weeks because of a certain reason. • I am usually working early in the day by 9:00 AM til the afternoon like 3:00 / 4:00 PM. I work later events that have me showing up around 1:00 PM / 2:30 PM before the event starts til the end of the event around 9:00 PM from August during heavy amounts of events going on til April or May during slower amounts of events going on. • Between April / May til August, I am completely available to do anything you need for Boarding, House-Sitting, and Doggy Day Care because I don't really have anything going on except grocery / prescription runs for my mom and possibly me at another store, and with doctor's appointment for me and my mom. **Availability & Visit Times - Westbank** I offer midday drop-in visits usually between 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM daily. This window lets me give each pet full, unrushed attention for feeding, litter, play, and cuddles. If you need a specific time within that window, just ask! I’ll do my best to accommodate your pet’s routine. Serving Algiers to Westwego. $10 off your first booking 🐾 The only days I couldn't be available will be three days in usually July when I go out of town to Houma, LA for the days I will have blocked off on here as unavailable. • Once the basketball 🏀 season ends, I don't work again because it slows up very, very much until August once again. I use whatever little bit of money I saved during that time to focus on me and other things. Taking on taking care of other people's pets could be something I could consider doing on days and periods that I ain't working for my other job. Animal Health & Behavior Monitoring • Chronic Condition Observation & Support Care • Kennel, Cage & Litter Box Sanitation • Neonatal & Kitten Care Support • Basic Grooming (Bathing, Nail Care, Flea Control) • Medication Assistance (Oral Administration) • Safe Animal Handling & Restraint Awareness • Infection Control & Clean Environment Maintenance • Fast-Paced Environment Adaptability • Communication & Instruction Following ANIMAL CARE EXPERIENCE (NON-PROFESSIONNEL / LONG-TERM HANDS-ON) • Extensive lifelong experience providing consistent animal care with strong focus on health monitoring, hygiene, and supportive care. • Provided daily care for multiple companion animals including feeding, hydration, litter box cleaning, cage sanitation, and hygiene maintenance • Assisted in raising and caring for newborn kittens, including feeding support, cleaning, and litter training • Supported neonatal kitten care by assisting with hygiene, stimulation of basic bodily functions, and monitoring early development needs • Monitored animal health and behavior, identifying early signs of illness, distress, or discomfort If it's sweltering hot in the house I add ice to the water and possibly wipe them down with water on their body to lower their temperature outside.

About: I previously dog sat over the weekend with my sister using Rover. I loved the experience and am eagerly awaiting to meet new pets! I have pet sat both dogs and cats for friends over the years. Feeding them, taking them on walks, and generally socializing with them while their owner is away for work or vacation. I have free roam rabbit and have taken care of various small animals since I was young. I am always patient and gentle with animals, and love giving pets and cuddles when accepted by the animal. I recently moved back to New Orleans and currently do not have a regular job. I have completely open availability to meet pets in the mornings, afternoons, or evenings. I allow pets time and space to get to know me. This includes sitting the room together, speaking softly, and holding out my hand for sniffing. I am attentive to the pets boundaries and needs to provide the best care possible.
“Abby is amazing! She was quick to communicate, great about a little meet and greet before watching my pups. The boys love her and she followed all my instructions perfectly.”

“She gave great updates and pictures of both my cat and dog. You could tell she really enjoyed being with them and they loved having her come and play. I will be recommending her to all my friends and use her again!”
