“This was our very first time boarding our 14 year old Boston who is nearly fully deaf, has declining vision, and medication needs. We were beyond nervous. I found Rover and it appealed to me because I didn't want her left in a cage most of the day being confused and thinking we'd abandoned her. Ben was fantastic with settling my nerves about leaving her. She was happy when we left and happy when we picked her up. He handled all of her meds and sent us pictures along the way.”
