I have years of experience caring for both dogs and cats, including regular and extended care while their families travel. For the past six years, I’ve been consistently trusted to care for pets when Dad and Mom go away on frequent trips, including stays of more than 30 days. I’m comfortable administering medications, staying at your residence, accommodating specific dietary needs and feeding schedules, maintaining established routines, regular walks and exercise, litter care, playtime, and, of course, plenty of companionship and affection. And please, give me ALL the instructions! You can leave me a legitimate PowerPoint presentation about your baby, and I will happily follow it to a T. 😂 I know every pet has their own routine, favorite things, quirks, boundaries, and very specific ways they like things done. (I’m a Virgo, so I know meticulous details. 😂) I’d much rather know every little detail so I can keep their world as familiar and comfortable as possible while you’re away. I will also send you pictures and updates to provide you with peace of mind. I’m patient with shy or cautious animals, attentive to changes in behavior, and happy to adapt to different personalities, ages, and energy levels. Whether your baby needs long walks and playtime, is a workout nut (to keep me in shape, too 😂), needs extra attention, wants a cuddle buddy, or needs someone who understands that affection happens strictly on THEIR terms, I’ll follow their lead. Most importantly, I understand that you’re trusting me with a member of your family and, often, your home as well. I take that responsibility seriously. I’ll follow your instructions closely regarding feeding, medications, walks, exercise, litter care, playtime, bedtime routines, and all of those little details that make your baby feel safe and at home. We spend most of the day together, so they are not alone for long periods of time if I have to run off to check on another baby. I’m happy to stay overnight and spend quality time with your pets rather than simply popping in and out if you prefer. About: I’m lucky to come from an animal family. I’ve had dogs and cats my whole life - big dogs, small dogs, old dogs, lap cats, moody cats - I’ve loved them all. Recently, my two children and I found ourselves pet free for the first time. I miss having my own full-time furry companion but I also travel regularly for work. We live in a cozy house in mid-city with a fully fenced in yard for dogs who wants to run and sniff and explore. My children, aged 8 & 4, have grown up with pets their whole lives and love participating in the day to day care. They are gentle and know how to approach and interact with animals of all ages and sizes. We’ve hosted dogs and cats in our home and we truly love doing so. I am active and will take your dog for as many walks and/or jogs as they desire. I also have a fenced in yard for those who want to roam and sniff around. I work from home so your pet will have company all day and rarely be left alone. I am available for on-demand walks, scratches and cuddles. As a remote worker, I can work from anywhere and can provide extra love, support, and company for pets when their family is out of town. My home is quiet and comfortable with a fully fenced in back yard for dogs who want to run or sniff or feel the sun on their skin. Keyona was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! We started with a meet and greet first that went extremely well. She even gave me a recommendation upon noticing how my pup pulls on leash. I had a pickup and drop off doggy care and she was extremely prompt, sent daily photos, and check-ins. A week of me being at peace and not wondering how my baby was doing he was well cared for and he was even trained into a routine. I cannot wait for another experience
Amazing first Rover experience with Natasha! She met us and our Sadie Bug first on a virtual meet and greet, which we really appreciated. She accommodated us with drop off and pick up times that worked for my husband, as I was already in another state. She sent pictures and text messages to keep us informed and let us see that Sadie Bug was doing well. When my was loading Sadie’s belongings into the car at pickup, Sadie was happy in Natasha’s arms. That told me everything! 100% recommend this wonderful person! ❤️
Lorynn was wonderful with Pistachio! She was very accommodating, communicative, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. She sent regular photos and updates throughout the stay, which I really appreciated. Pistachio was well cared for and seemed happy and comfortable the entire time. Andrea and Oscar did a wonderful job! They ensured that my dogs received all their food, snacks, and treats on their regular schedules. They sent a ton of pictures and videos showing how much fun my dogs were having staying with them, whether playing, exploring, or napping on various beds and blankets. Andrea and Oscar's dogs were incredibly friendly: my dogs played all weekend with them. This meant they got lots of exercise and lots of good rest! Lucy and Grizzy are coming back home having learned some Spanish, so I need to practice "vamos" and "comida" at home. It can be really stressful to travel, but I know the next time I leave town, Lucy and Grizzy will have the absolute best time staying with Andrea and Oscar. Will book again!
