“Michael was very accommodating to my schedule. I had him watch my pup while I was visiting a friend in New Orleans. My friend couldn't have a dog at his apartment but I wanted my pup to come on the trip bc I wanted to have her join me in the Quarter while I walked around. Michael met me several times to let me get my pup and drop her back off with him a few hours later. She seemed so comfortable with him and he was very friendly. “We are so thankful for Jon! He did an INCREDIBLE job watching our pack of 4 poms over our wedding weekend! We have never used Rover before or left our dogs overnight and were pretty nervous. We even got on a call with Jon prior to booking and he was more than willing to answer our millions of questions. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times (we drove into NOLA from STL) and was so patient with my "helicopter parent" husband that wanted to set up their beds himself and was so anxious to leave them. Jon's house is also on a side street that made drop off really easy. We received multiple updates and the cutest photos the whole weekend! Our pack definitely had a great time. They loved the backyard! We have a senior dog with mobility issues that he was very careful with, and another pom with some hearing and vision loss and he was wonderful with both. It was very obvious that Jon loves dogs and took care of our fur babies like they were his own! When we picked the pups up he had everything packed up which was a huge time saver since we were driving back home. He had even ran one of our blankets through the dryer so they would have a warm spot to lay since the weather had gotten cold that morning! It is so difficult to trust someone else with your animals, and we were lucky to find such a caring and thoughtful Rover. I originally scheduled a daycare appointment that I cancelled that morning due to my dog appearing sick. A week of me being at peace and not wondering how my baby was doing he was well cared for and he was even trained into a routine. I cannot wait for another experience

When we dropped Libby off there was no hesitation on her part, she instantly went to Abigail for some loving and she wasn't disappointed, then Libby met Wyatt and it was play time. We were comfortable leaving Libby with Abigail because of their 1st interaction. Abigail sent us pictures everyday of Libby
Andrea and Oscar did a wonderful job! They ensured that my dogs received all their food, snacks, and treats on their regular schedules. They sent a ton of pictures and videos showing how much fun my dogs were having staying with them, whether playing, exploring, or napping on various beds and blankets. Andrea and Oscar's dogs were incredibly friendly: my dogs played all weekend with them. This meant they got lots of exercise and lots of good rest! Lucy and Grizzy are coming back home having learned some Spanish, so I need to practice "vamos" and "comida" at home. It can be really stressful to travel, but I know the next time I leave town, Lucy and Grizzy will have the absolute best time staying with Andrea and Oscar. Will book again!
Natasha was super easy to work with for drop off and pickup. She sent pictures during Charlie's stay and I could tell he had a good time at her place! When I board him at a kennel he comes home and sleeps for at least a day because he doesn't rest or sleep at the kennel but he came home from Natasha's his usual happy self so I know she took good care of him. I'd definitely use Natasha again or recommend her to a friend.
Isabelle did a great job taking care of Tupelo! She was very thorough in asking questions and getting information about our pup ahead of time, and Tupelo had a great stay! We got regular updates and pictures at least 3 or 4 times a day. I would highly recommend Isabelle!
