“We are so thankful for Jon! He did an INCREDIBLE job watching our pack of 4 poms over our wedding weekend! We have never used Rover before or left our dogs overnight and were pretty nervous. We even got on a call with Jon prior to booking and he was more than willing to answer our millions of questions. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times (we drove into NOLA from STL) and was so patient with my "helicopter parent" husband that wanted to set up their beds himself and was so anxious to leave them. Jon's house is also on a side street that made drop off really easy. We received multiple updates and the cutest photos the whole weekend! Our pack definitely had a great time. They loved the backyard! We have a senior dog with mobility issues that he was very careful with, and another pom with some hearing and vision loss and he was wonderful with both. It was very obvious that Jon loves dogs and took care of our fur babies like they were his own! When we picked the pups up he had everything packed up which was a huge time saver since we were driving back home. He had even ran one of our blankets through the dryer so they would have a warm spot to lay since the weather had gotten cold that morning! It is so difficult to trust someone else with your animals, and we were lucky to find such a caring and thoughtful Rover. As an anxious dog mom who has a dog with a lot of quirks, I would Cree was great with providing me updates, pictures, thorough information about what was going on and really eased any of the anxiety that I probably would’ve had with other sitters. Definitely will be using again, I was really able to be at peace of mind during my much needed night off.
Shannon was such a breath of fresh air from our first exchange. Not only did she take a last-minute booking, but she was also so gracious to provide food for Duke's stay when I went off and left it behind on my way out of town. She was a joy to converse with, put me at ease, and I felt confident that I had left him in the best hands for my short trip away. She communicated well, sent several photos, and it was evident Duke had a great time away as well. I will definitely use Shannon again in the future.
I could not have been happier! I am a bit of a helicopter. Dad, but I could honestly say that I enjoyed my trip carefree knowing what good care my little guy was in. I received videos, pictures, updates and he came home just as happy as he was when I dropped him off. I cannot recommend enough;
Stacy is literally the best!! I am always nervous to leave Gigi with anyone however I really needed a sitter this time, so I put my trust into Stacy and she made me so comfortable! Cheyenne was fabulous with Jax! Very responsive to communication, flexible, and reliable! Although it was a short notice booking she made me feel very comfortable in leaving him with her for three nights. She sent pictures throughout and updates on their activities each day. Definitely recommend and would use again!
Brittany was yet again magnificent - and that was no short feat given my dog’s needs this trip. My senior dog has had some aging health issues lately that flared up in a never before seen way during this sitting session. Brittany kept me totally in the loop, dealt with the insanity with deep care, and problem solved to get to a place where my pup was able to be so incredibly comfortable for the majority. A million thanks wouldn’t be enough.
