“Mike was great with our Chase. He always kept us updated on Chase and sent photos very frequently. We could tell Chase loved being with Mike and his dog Britain. And a plus is that Mike lives only a block away from us. We were hesitant at first because of our own anxiety and it being our first time using the app but Mike was able to meet with us before Chase's stay and reassured us that Chase was in good hands. They were extremely responsive and reliable. They set up Missy for success by scheduling a meet and greet for our pups before the boarding period. They were also super flexible. My flight back to the city was canceled and I last minute needed an extra day of care for Missy and they accommodated this last minute change which was very kind. “We are so thankful for Jon! He did an INCREDIBLE job watching our pack of 4 poms over our wedding weekend! We have never used Rover before or left our dogs overnight and were pretty nervous. We even got on a call with Jon prior to booking and he was more than willing to answer our millions of questions. He was flexible with drop off and pick up times (we drove into NOLA from STL) and was so patient with my "helicopter parent" husband that wanted to set up their beds himself and was so anxious to leave them. Jon's house is also on a side street that made drop off really easy. We received multiple updates and the cutest photos the whole weekend! Our pack definitely had a great time. They loved the backyard! We have a senior dog with mobility issues that he was very careful with, and another pom with some hearing and vision loss and he was wonderful with both. It was very obvious that Jon loves dogs and took care of our fur babies like they were his own! When we picked the pups up he had everything packed up which was a huge time saver since we were driving back home. He had even ran one of our blankets through the dryer so they would have a warm spot to lay since the weather had gotten cold that morning! It is so difficult to trust someone else with your animals, and we were lucky to find such a caring and thoughtful Rover. Etta has watched Kiwi twice now and each time has been a wonderful and seamless experience. Kiwi gets to socialize with other dogs while staying in a comfortable environment. I know she gets plenty of love and attention, and even makes art for me during her stay (I now have to pieces proudly displayed in my home)! Etta is great with updates and overall communication, making being away from Kiwi as easy as possible. I highly recommend her for looking after your fur baby.
My wife and I took a last minute trip to New Orleans over the weekend while traveling with our corgi. We hadn't planned for boarding but reached out to Michael with a late request. Michael agreed and was great communicating his availablity and options for caring for Kosmo. Michael was very welcoming and took great care of Kosmo. Michael was very communicative during Kosmo's visit and sent pics during his stay. Many thanks as this allowed us flexibility to explore the city!
Nicole is amazing. My dog is a handful to care for - he is needy, always wants to play, and barks a lot. She was patient with him and played with him. I accidentally did not pack him enough dog food and she even shared some of her own dog’s food with him. I also asked for more pictures since I was on a long trip and she did so immediately.
Brittany was yet again magnificent - and that was no short feat given my dog’s needs this trip. My senior dog has had some aging health issues lately that flared up in a never before seen way during this sitting session. Brittany kept me totally in the loop, dealt with the insanity with deep care, and problem solved to get to a place where my pup was able to be so incredibly comfortable for the majority. A million thanks wouldn’t be enough.
Dalia is a wonderful sitter and always takes great care of our pup! She sends lots of pictures and videos of him having a great time playing in the yard and on many walks. We always know he's in wonderful hands with Dalia and her family when we travel! So grateful to have found her.
Lorynn was wonderful with Pistachio! She was very accommodating, communicative, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away.
