“Flynn had a great stay with Regina! He is special needs and requires someone to give him medication 4 times daily. She was able to adjust her schedule to make sure she could accommodate this. She wanted to do a meet and greet before which I really appreciated. She always responded right away to any messages I sent, and she kept in touch daily sending pictures of Flynn! He was the only dog she had at the time which was perfect. I would love to be able to have Flynn stay with her again and would absolutely recommend her care to anyone with a special needs dog! My girl Nala just had a marathon of stays with Shannon - two boardings and a daycare within a couple weeks. As a senior (and quirky) dog, Nala can be tempermental and have trouble settling into a new place. She felt right at home with Shannon and Oliver and was excited to go back every time. Shannon was also very communicative and patient with my helicopter parenting. 😬 Also, the first extended stay Nala had with Shannon, she was less than a week out from a teeth cleaning that resulted in 10 teeth being pulled, meaning she was sensitive and still hurting. Shannon was ready and willing and made sure Nala was comfortable and well loved. Highly recommend and will absolutely be rebooking!
Crystal was amazing! I can tell my dogs were comfortable and well-loved. She was incredibly flexible with me and my chaotic trip, very communicative and responsive and created a ton of trust and comfort for me which is important considering my dogs are seniors. I’m so grateful to have found her and would rebook again and recommend her 10 times over!
Cheyenne was fabulous with Jax! Very responsive to communication, flexible, and reliable! Although it was a short notice booking she made me feel very comfortable in leaving him with her for three nights. She sent pictures throughout and updates on their activities each day. Definitely recommend and would use again!
Pauline did a great job taking care of Tupelo. She is very thoughtful about caring for Tupelo and asked a bunch of questions to understand the pup’s needs and routines. Pauline provided a couple of pictures and updates everyday, and was very accommodating when our flight was delayed and we were a few hours late to pick her up. I would definitely recommend Pauline!
Brittany was yet again magnificent - and that was no short feat given my dog’s needs this trip. My senior dog has had some aging health issues lately that flared up in a never before seen way during this sitting session. Brittany kept me totally in the loop, dealt with the insanity with deep care, and problem solved to get to a place where my pup was able to be so incredibly comfortable for the majority. A million thanks wouldn’t be enough.
Lorynn was wonderful with Pistachio! She was very accommodating, communicative, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. She sent regular photos and updates throughout the stay, which I really appreciated. Pistachio was well cared for and seemed happy and comfortable the entire time.
