She also has a Toy Chihuahua named Paco and they became like "three peas in a pod!” My drop-off day was very hectic and behind schedule due to me preparing to go out of town, but Ms.Elena was pleasant and patient with me. When we arrived to her home, we were welcomed into a beautiful, clean space with Southern Hospitality galore! During the stay she emailed me updates along with pics and videos of their playtime. Once I arrived home she offered to meet me at a convenient location to drop-off my baby, that she now calls “her baby”, since we lived a bit of a distance from one another. Sooo sweet...but that's not the best part. When I received Jeaux he had been bathed, his bed and towel washed and she even sent him home with his favorite toy from the visit! If you want someone to treat your dog like their own, this is the place. My experience with Ms. Elena was pleasant from start to finish and I would highly recommend her services. “Anne did such an amazing job watching my dog calypso! Calypso had never spent time away from me and she had never really spent any time around other dogs, but Anne was so patient and understanding! She sent me pictures of calypso every single day and gave me updates On how she was doing! There was always someone spending time at home so calypso never had to worry about being alone! When I left calypso had horrible separation anxiety and was scared of other dogs, when I came back she was confident and her fear of other dogs was pretty much gone! Etta has watched Kiwi twice now and each time has been a wonderful and seamless experience. Kiwi gets to socialize with other dogs while staying in a comfortable environment. I know she gets plenty of love and attention, and even makes art for me during her stay (I now have to pieces proudly displayed in my home)! Etta is great with updates and overall communication, making being away from Kiwi as easy as possible. I highly recommend her for looking after your fur baby.
Nicole is amazing. My dog is a handful to care for - he is needy, always wants to play, and barks a lot. She was patient with him and played with him. I accidentally did not pack him enough dog food and she even shared some of her own dog’s food with him. I also asked for more pictures since I was on a long trip and she did so immediately.
Brittany was yet again magnificent - and that was no short feat given my dog’s needs this trip. My senior dog has had some aging health issues lately that flared up in a never before seen way during this sitting session. Brittany kept me totally in the loop, dealt with the insanity with deep care, and problem solved to get to a place where my pup was able to be so incredibly comfortable for the majority. A million thanks wouldn’t be enough.

Amazing first Rover experience with Natasha! She met us and our Sadie Bug first on a virtual meet and greet, which we really appreciated. She accommodated us with drop off and pick up times that worked for my husband, as I was already in another state. She sent pictures and text messages to keep us informed and let us see that Sadie Bug was doing well. When my was loading Sadie’s belongings into the car at pickup, Sadie was happy in Natasha’s arms.
