About: Hi! I’ve spent the last 11 years as a Paramedic and, while I love helping people…I love helping animals too! I’m a lifelong animal lover with a deep passion for caring for pets of all kinds. Ever since I was a child, animals have been a central part of my life. My family often took in dogs and cats in need, and I even bottle-fed orphaned puppies and kittens many times, helping them grow strong and healthy. Those early experiences shaped my calm, patient, and nurturing approach to animal care. Being a Paramedic has taught me how to remain calm under pressure. Also, that no one person is the same and will respond the same. Every person is unique. I believe animals are the exact same way! I believe every pet deserves to feel safe, loved, and understood—especially while their family is away. Whether your pet(s) are energetic and playful, shy and reserved, or somewhere in between, I take the time to understand their unique personality and adjust my care to meet their needs. Although I’m currently unable to have pets of my own where I live, that has only deepened my appreciation for every opportunity I get to spend time with animals. I’m available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays, and I’m happy to work with your schedule whenever possible—including last-minute bookings when my availability allows. At this time, I’m unable to offer boarding in my home. However, I’m happy to provide house sitting in your home, where your pet(s) can remain comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. I understand that many pets feel most secure in their own space, and I’m committed to providing attentive, reliable care while also treating your home with the utmost respect. My goal is to keep your pet(s) happy, comfortable, and well cared for until you return. Your pets safety, comfort, and well-being are always my highest priorities. I understand that inviting someone into your home and trusting them with your beloved pet is a big decision, and I take that responsibility seriously. I will carefully follow your pets normal routine, including feeding schedules, fresh water, litter box maintenance, proper poop scoop and disposal, playtime, medication (if needed), and any special care instructions you provide. I know that pets thrive on consistency, so I do my best to keep their daily routine as normal and stress-free as possible while you’re away. I also treat every client’s home with the same care and respect that I would my own. I’ll keep your home clean, secure, and well cared for during my stay, while providing your pet(s) with companionship, affection, and plenty of attention based on their individual personality and comfort level. About: My family has had at least one dog in our house since I was born. Everybody in my family has dogs. I have a few family members that rely on me to help them with their dogs when they need it. Everyone in my family treats their pets like they are humans and I do just the same! I am currently in between jobs so I’m available pretty much whenever. I do have my own dog at home so I prefer to not stay somewhere for a long, extended period of time. I am pretty flexible with that though so just ask me and I’ll let you know if it’s doable! I have a fenced in yard. I have a 14 year old rescue that just mainly stays to herself. There is a 1 year old Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix now living here as well, under the care of someone else that’s not me, however she is very rambunctious with other dogs. I do not mind walking them around the neighborhood. In my family, we treat our dogs like they are humans and they are like our children!

About: I have experience with all kinds of animals including horses, goats, and chickens. Dogs are the best. I can't remember a time where I did not have a dog in my life. Originally from TX in the US marines me and my wife have a lovely Australian Shepherd named Gracie who is our best buddy 🙌🏻 we love her so much. We take her for long walks everyday and she eats homemade food. I am looking for a 2nd job, and pet care would be an amazing 2nd job. I can care for the pet on weekends, and once I get off work. My normal work week is Monday-Friday 6am-430pm or 0600 to 1630 Honestly probly depends on the pet, younger dogs especially puppies need more attention than older dogs, and older dogs may have different needs. It's case by case basis, on what each pet needs. I do like to play with the dogs I care for.

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life and my current dog is the center of my life. I’m hoping to pursue a career in dog training and I love spending time with dogs and doing fun activities with them. I’m currently working part time with a pretty flexible schedule so I have plenty of time to spend looking after and playing with your dogs! I have a fenced yard and a very well behaved dog that gets along well with other dogs. I am happy to crate for the dogs safety and I will keep a close eye on them when I am home.

About: Hello! I am a New-Orleans-raised local and a dog trainer. I grew up with a houseful of pets—dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, rabbits, fish…We literally called our home the zoo. I live with two adorable pups (my roommate’s) and many, many plants. I am looking forward to bonding with your fur babies, caring for your home, and exploring your neighborhood! I have over 15 years of experience in general pet care and 6 years in canine training. I spent a recent summer pet and housesitting full-time and continue to do so while traveling throughout the year. It has been a blast and incredibly rewarding. I am experienced and comfortable with the smallest of puppies all the way up to giant breed dogs. I enjoy patient training that joyfully engages your canine and am also skilled in leash training, a vital foundation to an adjusted pup. If you hire me, my walks will be structured and help your dog grow in communication and impulse-control. I, of course, would also love to care for your cats, small animals, and more non-traditional pets. I can disperse medication and handle a diverse range of circumstances. I work a regular job but am flexible outside around that. Monday-Thursday this is an 8-hour shift, and Friday this is a 5-hour shift. When sitting, this means I am there for your pet right before and right after a shift and flexible during most other hours and on weekends. Let’s connect and discuss your needs.
