About: I have experience with all kinds of animals including horses, goats, and chickens. Dogs are the best. I can't remember a time where I did not have a dog in my life. Originally from TX in the US marines me and my wife have a lovely Australian Shepherd named Gracie who is our best buddy 🙌🏻 we love her so much. We take her for long walks everyday and she eats homemade food. I am looking for a 2nd job, and pet care would be an amazing 2nd job. I can care for the pet on weekends, and once I get off work. My normal work week is Monday-Friday 6am-430pm or 0600 to 1630 Honestly probly depends on the pet, younger dogs especially puppies need more attention than older dogs, and older dogs may have different needs. It's case by case basis, on what each pet needs. I do like to play with the dogs I care for.

About: Hey, call me Sunny! I've worked with dogs for several years now! I work at Mid City Animal House and do at-home pet care on the side. I love all animals so much, but I'm very partial to dogs. About: Hi! I’m Kaylee, a student at Loyola University New Orleans, and caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. About: I've had pets my entire life. I'm retired now and travel extensively for part of the year, so I'm unable to have pets of my own and thought this would be a great way to keep busy while I am in town. I have a doggy door and a large, gated backyard for games of fetch or hide and seek. I will provide a safe, loving home while you are away or drop-in if you so choose. When I'm in NOLA, I often work part-time from home. I'm retired so you could call me a homebody, and I'm often found working in my garden. In the fourth quarter of the year, I do travel until thanksgiving but will keep my calendar here updated. I am relatively flexible with scheduling. My son recently moved and took his Boston Terrier with him, so there are no longer any pets in my home. I have a large, fenced yard perfect for games of hide-and-seek or fetch, and I'm often in the back as well working on my garden. I do not have any plants that would present a danger. I love to take long, daily walks on the levee, which is only two blocks away...and would love to bring your pet along! I often have family visit, who also love pets.

About: I’ve worked in the pet industry for several years now. I am a manager at a doggy daycare/boarding facility/grooming salon. I am knowledgeable about doggy behavior and body language. I can administer medication, with the exception of epidermal/needle syringes. I love being around dogs and getting to know their quirks and personalities. I’d be honored to take care of your pups! I am currently working full time and am available usually betweem 11am and noon on my lunch break. I am usually off of work by 2pm. I am able to host pets at my home as long as they do not have extreme cat aggression. Regardless I will limit interactions between your pet and my cat. When watching your pets at your home, I will make sure to keep my eyes and attention on them, and keep a look out for hazards.

About: I have had pets my whole life. Also, I prefer dogs but I have a couple years of experience helping out with my sister’s cats. I currently work remotely. So, I can be wherever you need me on any given day or time. I don’t normally work on weekends. I live with my girlfriend and her Boston Terrier ‘Haley’. Professionally, I have 20+ years of experience as a copywriter and creative strategist. Before starting Betsey & Julie Walk Dogs, I spent the past year as a Dog Handler at Pawlins Day Care — under the tutelage of all kinds of dogs. I’m a freelance writer and I work from home. I share this home with Betsey, an incredibly sweet five-year-old Labrador Retriever. I’m available and actively involved in your dog’s enrichment and overall experience. I’m active and attentive. Betsey and I are affectionate and accommodating. We love walks, parks, toys, treats, and cuddling. We think your dog will love spending time with us.

About: Caring for pets since I was little, I have cared for many pets from cats to miniature dogs I am home often so I can take your baby out many times during the day. I’m available over night. I can take your dogs for unlimited walks. I’m close to many trail and areas with lots of grass. I am able to feed their normal schedule. Medium size apartment and I have 2 dog parks near my place within two to three feet I’m available for any type of pets hyper or chill.

I enjoy spending time with animals and being out in nature and I consider this arrangement to be less work and more fun. That being said, I understand the responsibility it takes to look after someone else’s pet and take great care in keeping you pets safe and happy. I do work many side jobs so it is best to let me know a couple days to a week ahead of time. I cannot provide home services at this time unfortunately. My landlord won’t permit pets at my place. I would happily dog or cat sit at your home.

About: I have have been caring of all types of animals since I was 7+ years old. I have taken care of new born puppies, kittens, raccoons and reptiles of all types throughout my life and I love it!! If I could cuddle a gator I would!!! I have also done whelping services for many family members. I have done a lot of fostering and bottle feeding both puppies and kittens. I’m currently working only for Rover. So I can dedicate all my time to your fur baby and his/her needs and the loving care and schedule you want for them. However I am instructed to. I am there to make you and your pet comfortable while away. It can be stressful for pet and pet parents when they are not together. I try to keep your pets schedule as similar to what they are used to with you. Feeding/ walking/ playing/ sleeping/ waking up will all be as close to their normal schedule as possible. Their comfort is my first priority.
