About: I have had pets my whole life. Also, I prefer dogs but I have a couple years of experience helping out with my sister’s cats. I currently work remotely. So, I can be wherever you need me on any given day or time. I don’t normally work on weekends. I live with my girlfriend and her Boston Terrier ‘Haley’. She has a fenced in backyard to run around in and gets to chase around the ball a lot.

About: I’ve taken care of 2 Belgian Malinois for 5 years where I’ve had to administer medication, train, switch up diet planning, and do basic grooming. I currently own a betta fish and red eared slider turtle due to renting restrictions. I currently work part time at 2 different jobs, however I can make my own schedule at both. I’m also a full time RN student, but we do have summer breaks. My schedule does fluctuate, however I am usually available consistently early mornings and in the evening time every day. My schedule will reflect when I am available. I’ve worked with multiple high maintenance that require lots of activity throughout the day, so my check ins are more in depth with feeding, potty time, and play time. I also understand boundaries, and rituals, as I’ve spent lots of time with pets of different ages and activity levels.

I'm retired now and travel extensively for part of the year, so I'm unable to have pets of my own and thought this would be a great way to keep busy while I am in town. I have a doggy door and a large, gated backyard for games of fetch or hide and seek. I will provide a safe, loving home while you are away or drop-in if you so choose. When I'm in NOLA, I often work part-time from home. I'm retired so you could call me a homebody, and I'm often found working in my garden. About: My family has had at least one dog in our house since I was born. Everybody in my family has dogs. I have a few family members that rely on me to help them with their dogs when they need it. There is a 1 year old Shih Tzu/Yorkie mix now living here as well, under the care of someone else that’s not me, however she is very rambunctious with other dogs.
