About: Iâve had dogs my whole life and my current dog is the center of my life. Iâm hoping to pursue a career in dog training and I love spending time with dogs and doing fun activities with them. Iâm currently working part time with a pretty flexible schedule so I have plenty of time to spend looking after and playing with your dogs! I have a fenced yard and a very well behaved dog that gets along well with other dogs. I am happy to crate for the dogs safety and I will keep a close eye on them when I am home.

About: For as long as I can remember, I have loved being around and taking care of animals. I have always grown up with cats and as a teenager in high school, volunteered at a local cat clinic in my hometown taking care of the resident kitties, as well as any patients coming in. When I moved, I decided I no longer wanted to be a veterinarian but still loved animals with all my heart. I have a rabbit as well (rover only allows for me to input dogs and cats) as well as my two cats which is why I am unable to provide care in my own apartment. My rabbit is six years old and a whopping 2lbs, but donât worry, sheâs a mini holland lop and runs the house. As of now, I help my friends when they are out of town with their animals, as it requires me to go over twice a day and do separate feedings due to dietary needs. Included photos of my animals as well as an ex-roommates (whoâs cat was essentially mine), as well as other cats I have taken care of and my landlords outdoor cats who I have befriended (they have brought me gifts before (while well intentioned, it was not fun seeing a đ on my porch at 8am in the NOLA heat đ). I am currently a student at Tulane University and I work a very casual part time job that allows me with a lot of flexibility. I am done with my day usually no later than 5pm and free most weekends, with the exception of Saturdays, typically from 10am-3pm. Not applicable at this time, unable to provide the service of hosting an animal at my apartment due to lease as well as my two cats.
About: Hi! Iâve had dogs my whole life and have loved working with Rover doing boarding, walking, and sitting. My fiancĂŠ and I live in a split-level home with a fenced backyardâplenty of space for playtime and lounging. We donât have pets right now or kids, so your pup gets all the love and attention! One of us is always home (my fiancĂŠ works remotely), and weâre comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities. We live in a quiet, walk-friendly neighborhood, and we love staying active with our furry guests. Your dog will be treated like familyâwith lots of snuggles, playtime, and regular updates for you. Canât wait to meet your pup! I'm a grad student who's home most of the time, and my fiancĂŠ works remotely, so your pet will always have company. I provide daily walks, plenty of attention, and bathroom breaks as often as needed. Caring for animals is a top priority in our routine, and your pet will be treated like family! I believe all living things deserve kindness and respect, and Iâll go above and beyond to make sure every pet in my care feels happy and comfortable. Iâm committed to following all food, medication, and routine needs exactly as requested to keep your pet feeling safe and at homeâwhether they're staying with me or Iâm coming to you.
About: I am a former dog foster parent, having fostered over 75 dogs from newborn to 13 years old! This includes blind, injured, and sick shelter dogs. I also trained a service-dog in training for a year. I have lots of former animal experience and I love walking. I start medical residency training next year and after I will have a furry friend to call my own, but until then, I cannot wait to treat your pet as my own! I am a 4th year medical student currently on a light rotation and with plenty of upcoming vacation time. I have lots of availability and flexibility! I live in a dog friendly apartment. I have lots of experience pet sitting and am looking forward to getting to spend time with your wonderful dog.

âAdam is always so great with our dogs! One of them can be a bit wary of new people but she ran straight up to him and they always have a great time and nap afterward!â

About: I have hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages, from playful puppies to senior dogs who need extra patience and attention. Iâm reliable, detail-oriented, and treat every pet like my ownâmaking sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable. Whether itâs walks, playtime, or following special routines, I go the extra mile so both pets and owners can relax. Pet care is built into my dayâI start and end every day checking in on them. Walks, playtime, and feeding are part of my regular routine, not something I âfit in.â I make sure they get consistent attention, exercise, and affection every single day, just like I would with my own pet. In my home, pets get a safe, cozy space with plenty of love, play, and supervision. I follow their normal feeding and exercise schedule to keep them comfortable. In a clientâs home, I respect their space, keep things clean, and stick to any routines or instructions they provideâwhether thatâs walks, playtime, medications, or cuddle time. My goal is to make them feel secure and happy, wherever they are
About: Since I was 7 years old, my family has loved two golden retrievers in our home in a town of Los Angeles. Rocky, our hyper and enthusiastic 1st one, was with us since I was 5 years old, and Spencer, the 2nd one I took care of, was a sweet senior dog who stayed in my family home until 2022 when he passed. My close friends and neighbors have relied on our family as the designated pet sitters for them because we love and respect dogs so much! We always think of our house as a mini dog-hotel during those times. With these experiences growing up, Rover has become the perfect place for me to help others with caring for their dogs in New Orleans. I am happy to walk/feed/bathe your pets whenever you request it too! I am currently studying for an exam for medical school. I would be happy to take study breaks as an opportunity for myself AND your pup to get some sunshine. I will be present with the dogs and take care of them to make sure your pups are happy. I like to keep my eye on dogs Iâve dogsat before, and I will be in contact if thereâs anything unusual going on. Iâve let my dogs roam about the house, but if you prefer to keep them in an enclosed area, please let me know! Taking them for frequent walks or to the park is always nice too!
About: Iâve had pets my whole life and would love to help out pet owners in my spare time as a student. Canât wait to meet your fur babies! I will follow any instructions that are given to me with intent to keep your pets routine and/or schedule as close to normal as possible.
About: Iâve lived with dogs my whole life and I love meeting new puppies of all kinds. Iâd rather hangout with my friends puppies than them𤣠Iâve worked with puppies in training to be service dogs, and Iâve helped train my own puppy! I love meeting new dogs, from little puppies to big adults! I will always make sure theyâre safe and happy! Iâm currently in school at Tulane but I have a car and would love to help in my free time. I work another job on the weekends, but I am willing to drive and work around my schedule to get to you! I have specific gaps in my schedule in the morning and afternoon during the week, but I can help clarify/ work things out if needed so feel free reach out! :) I currently live in a small apartment, but I have access to fenced in yards and would love to go on walks and runs with a potential dog! I have fostered 3 different dogs of all sizes so far, staying attentive and playing with them at all times. Iâve had a puppy for a few weeks and am able to do potty training, help with commands, medications, etc. i fostered an older dog who was reactive to other dogs and I was able to book a private space for her to run around by herself which I can totally do if necessary! I can also have a spa day with your doggy and give them a nice bath :)
âThank you for taking great care of my old pup! Clara did a great job walking my dog, and paying extra attention to her hips so she wouldn't overdo it! My dog Arya instantly loved her as soon as they met. I hope to work with her again!â

About: I currently have a 17year old Yorkie and my 14 year old Maltese just passed away in February. I can provide top tier care for your baby. I have plenty of time to care for your pups! I am available any day or anytime of the week. I specialize in walking, playtime, meals, in home sitting or care, runs to the dog store for pups needs, vet visits, and rides to the groomer (or I can bathe them). I keep my Yorkie in my home. He can still jump, hop, skip, run, and play at 17. We don't have a fenced yard at the moment, but I take him to the park often for play. We walk often for excercise. He definitely eats very well! I can easily take your pup to the park, crate them, let them out in your back yard, and make sure your pups have food and water.
About: I have had cats for so many years of my life before we had a few dogs and then birds and hamster's added in to our life during the time of having multiple cats before we only just had cats once again since the year of October 2010 til now. I have had to clean up their mess from vomit to poop, pee, things they knocked over especially from playing or running too crazily around the house, etc. I have had to clip nails, give medication, help a cat survive by getting him through the "fading out" phase as a kitten and he and another kitten in the other litter were the only ones to survive from me trying to keep them alive. I work at a local arena that is right by the French Quarter area. I work in the Housekeeping Department, so my schedule can be pretty flexible because I don't work 5 or more days of the week by a rigid schedule of someone else telling me I have to come to work on. I schedule myself for when I am available to work. I usually only work around 1-4 days a week at best. Sometimes there is no event for one or two weeks because of a certain reason. ⢠⢠⢠I am usually working early in the day by 9:00 AM til the afternoon like 3:00 / 4:00 PM. I work later events that have me showing up around 1:00 PM / 2:30 PM before the event starts til the end of the event around 9:00 PM from August during heavy amounts of events going on til April or May during slower amounts of events going on. ⢠⢠⢠Between April / May til August, I am completely available to do anything you need for Boarding, House-Sitting, and Doggy Day Care because I don't really have anything going on except grocery / prescription runs for my mom and possibly me at another store, and with doctor's appointment for me and my mom. The only days I couldn't be available will be three days in usually July when I go out of town to Houma, LA for the days I will have blocked off on here as unavailable. ⢠⢠⢠Once the basketball đ season ends, I don't work again because it slows up very, very much until August once again. I use whatever little bit of money I saved during that time to focus on me and other things. Taking on taking care of other people's pets could be something I could consider doing on days and periods that I ain't working for my other job. I have cleaned up after my cats I currently have and dogs I used to have in the past by cleaning up their mess from vomit to poop, pee, things they knocked over from playing too crazily, etc. ⢠⢠⢠I give them water that will last all day in case they want to drink during the day because of being in need of water or simply cooling themselves off from being hot. ⢠⢠⢠If it's sweltering hot in the house I add ice to the water and possibly wipe them down with water on their body to lower their temperature outside. ⢠⢠⢠I also feed them twice a day. ⢠⢠⢠⢠I have had to clip nails, flea comb my cats and then place the fleas in soapy water to kill the fleas, give oral medication for dewormer and a medication to be added to food for a stool softener, and help two cats survive by getting them through the "fading out" phase as a kitten during their 1st week of life. He and another male kitten in a different litter were the only ones to survive from me trying to keep them alive. I fed them every 3 to 4 hours a day for hours on end until I went to sleep and then woke up and immediately did it all over again until they were getting to the point they didn't need me anymore. I washed the kittens down with Dawn Dish Detergent on a wet wash cloth and wiped them down when their mother wasn't taking care of them because they were getting tons of redness on their skin for their belly and legs. I also helped them to be able to start going to the bathroom in their own during the wash down with the soap and wash cloth time.

Allison was absolutely amazing with my two dogs. She was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, and it truly showed in how comfortable and happy my dogs were with her. She took such wonderful care of them and treated them like her own, which gave me complete peace of mind. I couldnât have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone they can truly trust with their pets.

Margarida is so wonderful! She is always willing to go the extra step to help us with caring for Bennie. As a busy mom with three kids and changing schedules, I am so grateful for Margaridaâs flexibility and grace when we need to change plans. Bennie loves her and she is a huge help for our family!

River and Jax are now buddies and I appreciate the patience and care he showed Jax. Jax tends to have his own ideas of who and when to bark but River's kindness and training is helping Jax a great deal. I'm grateful I decided to sign on. When I return from a trip I will be scheduling River on a regular basis and I trust that we'll work together with Jax! Thank you, River, for your exceptional care!!!
Robin is caring and detail oriented. The dogs love her and so do we. And she always sends us the best pictures of their walks. We have used Robin to House sit as well as occasional walks when we are out of town for the day. I would happily recommend Robin to take care of your dogs!

First time having Cody as my pet sitter/walker and I'm so pleased with the level of attentive care and service! Cody was recommended to me by a friend with multiple pets as well for my 4 day trip out of town, and came to my house twice a day to care for my dogs during a very busy jazz festive time. Despite my dogs being very nervous and chaotic in the beginning, Cody was patient and gentle, not to mention very communicative the entire time, and my babies finally calmed down and loved their daily visits and walks. 10/10, 5 stars and will be booking with Cody in the future! Thank you!

I cannot say enough good! Christopher has helped me so much with my new rescue. As a traveling nurse who works long, impossible hours he has helped me transition my dog into his new life. It has been such a relief to know my dog is in such trusting and capable hands!
