About: I grew up with cats. My childhood cat, Stella Luna, got me through being sick as a kid, and I've loved them before and since. I've had my two current rescues since they were kittens. Cucumber was scooped off the street, and he's loved me conditionally ever since — he lets me know he's ready for affection with powerful head-butts, and somehow feels more confident and sociable in a shirt. He also insists on being called "a good boy." His sister, Daisy, still looks like a kitten at 7, loves to stalk me, and shows her affection through aggressive grooming, whether human/cat brother. She is widely acknowledged as the alpha cat and keeps dog brother, Jeffrey, in line when he gets too sassy with Cucumber. Every cat is different, and I'm comfortable reading their body language and respecting whatever boundaries they set. I let a cat sniff me first and follow their lead. I also watch for the early signs of overstimulation, so I can back off before it's ever an issue, rather than waiting for a cat to have to tell me twice. I'm especially patient with shy or hiding cats, letting them come to me instead of forcing it. My partner and I technically share these two, but they've both decided I'm their person. And I think this is the highest recommendation I can offer. I take their obsession as a deep compliment and share in their obsession equally back.

About: I have welcomed dogs into my family for the past 25 years living in New Orleans, and have loved caring for them as they have certainly cared for me too! I work from home most days of the week and am rarely gone for more than a few hours for in-person meetings. I provide lots of walks along the greenway and time in my fenced yard too. I have toys for stimulation such as puzzles and can play hide and seek with toys, treats, and me! I am happy to continue implementing your schedule and use your key words and phrases to maintain training while your pup is with me. I also enjoy taking my dog Conor to City Bark where he plays with other dogs and gets a nice bath. I am happy to bring your dog there too if they are able to go. I work from home and occasionally take meetings out of my house. Those usually are not more than a few hours. Once a week I go into my office from 8-4 but come home at lunch to walk my dog Conor. I have three boys that are in school who live with me every other week. I do a school drop off and pick up every other week for one of them around 7:15 am and again around 3:00 pm. I keep my dog on a predictable schedule of feeding and walks and provide toys for stimulation. I always keep fresh water available both inside and outside so that they are not dehydrated.

Having spent decades as both a pet owner and homeowner myself, I take that responsibility very seriously. I’m mature, observant, communicative, calm under pressure, and exceptionally conscientious. If something seems off with your pet, your home, or anything else, I will notice it and communicate immediately. I treat your home as I would my own - with care. It helps that I am extremely neat and tidy (maybe a tad OCD when it comes to cleanliness...). And, I am happy to follow any rules or guidelines the client has. As for the animals themselves, I genuinely enjoy being with them. I’m happy to do long walks, slower strolls, playtime, snuggling on the couch, medication routines, keeping to familiar schedules, or simply providing calm companionship and reassurance while you’re away. I know firsthand how much pets thrive on consistency, patience, affection, and a sense of safety. At this stage in my life, I do this because I truly enjoy reconnecting with the joy animals bring to everyday life. I’m not trying to build a huge business or rush through appointments. I simply love animals and enjoy caring for them well.

“Iryna is fantastic. I could tell immediately that she and her family love animals. Her pup was super sweet when we arrived, so that was a bonus. This was our first time booking with Iryna, which I can find a little stressful. I had nothing to worry about bc she put me at ease immediately. She had great communication throughout the entire stay and kept us updated with plenty of pictures. She noticed a wound on our pup that we weren’t aware of, cleaned and treated it, and let us know right away. We also had a last minute medication request for a separate issue, and she was incredibly accommodating without hesitation. It was clear that she cared for our guy like he was her own. About: I have welcomed dogs into my family for the past 25 years living in New Orleans, and have loved caring for them as they have certainly cared for me too! I work from home most days of the week and am rarely gone for more than a few hours for in-person meetings. I provide lots of walks along the greenway and time in my fenced yard too. I have toys for stimulation such as puzzles and can play hide and seek with toys, treats, and me! I am happy to continue implementing your schedule and use your key words and phrases to maintain training while your pup is with me. I also enjoy taking my dog Conor to City Bark where he plays with other dogs and gets a nice bath. I am happy to bring your dog there too if they are able to go. I work from home and occasionally take meetings out of my house. Those usually are not more than a few hours. Once a week I go into my office from 8-4 but come home at lunch to walk my dog Conor. I have three boys that are in school who live with me every other week. I do a school drop off and pick up every other week for one of them around 7:15 am and again around 3:00 pm. I keep my dog on a predictable schedule of feeding and walks and provide toys for stimulation. I always keep fresh water available both inside and outside so that they are not dehydrated.

“Where do I begin? OK so I’ve never been able to get anyone to keep out Skye because she isn’t people friendly. My best friends come to the house and have been coming to the house since I got our dog and the amount of time she has tried to attack them is insane. It has been very difficult to travel and find someone that can deal with her. A while back I use Rover when she was younger, and after about an hour, she calmed down and allowed the person to watch her. So now that our dog is much older, ehhh it’s worse. So knowing that I needed to take a vacation for eight days, I had no hope. I did not know what to do with her. So I jumped on Rover and went through all the options. I seen Ben’s name five times and kept passing it up, but God kept sending me back to his name. Honestly, it was a reason why. I contacted Ben and begin to have a conversation with him and naturally, I kept getting the aura that he was the right person for our Skye. Oh boy was I correct. On the day of drop off, I was super nervous for Ben. I warned him a lot of times that she may try to attack him and to just be prepared and be patient. He has nothing but patience. He believed in his ability to be able to handle her before he even met her. His calm presence is nothing short of amazing. So when we arrive to his home, I slowly took Skye out out of the car and began to walk to Ben. I’m not going to lie, I was extremely nervous. Skye sniffed around his yard with no aggression and not one time tried to attack Ben. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Been allowed her to freely come to him. He calmly greeted her and instantaneously, they bonded. This is something that has never been able to take place with my Skye. For this, I am giving him 1 million stars. If you have a pup that is full of anxiety and it’s always snapping at people, I promise you, if you select Ben to be your caretaker, you will never regret it. I truly appreciate you. I really really do. He sent pictures, gave me updates, and never once made me feel like I was a burden with asking questions.”

She even went out of her way to bathe them so they came home nice and clean! “Our dog Molly had a great vacay at Robin's house. There's plenty of room for dogs to run around, a stream to cool off in and Robin's dog Maika loved playing Molly's favorite game, Chase Me! We were happy that Molly was given lots of positive things to chew on when inside the house and was allowed to cuddle in bed with these nice people at night. They spoiled her just like we do. We felt very comfortable leaving our dog with Robin and her sister who have lots of experience with dogs. Molly will be staying with them again in the future for sure!”
