“This was the first time we left our dog with someone who wasn't family so we were a little nervous. But after meeting Morgan we felt a lot better. She took great care of our dog while we were out of town for a week. She sent updates and pictures every day and was very communicative. We will definitely be rehiring her if whenever we need care again!”

“Megan was so wonderful! She gave regular updates and loved my pup like her own. She handled my high anxiety pup with ease and had no issues giving him his daily meds. It was such a relief to know he was in good hands! I’m excited to have found a new pet sitter for all our travel needs because we will definitely be back!”

“Monize watched our 4 month old puppy, Draco, during our vacation. She has two older dogs of her own so I felt very comfortable leaving Draco on her care. She communicated with me daily and sent photos. We came home to a very happy and healthy puppy. We highly recommend Monize!!”

“Albert is a great young man, who love dogs. He really took good care of my two little ones. I feel so good to leave my two little ones on his hands. I highly recommend him.”

“Our regular dog sitter was out of town and we were so happy to find Stacey. Stacey and her husband took great care of our 2 papillons. She was communicative with pictures and updates. Always such a relief to find someone your babies will be safe with and loved when you are away. If there is another opportunity to book with Stacey we will!”

“Amy was phenomenal. Our dog is has extensive needs and is not the easiest to accommodate. Amy handled him with flying colors, ensuring he had a safe place to stay, while giving us peace of mind knowing he was well taken care of. She provided a low-stress environment for Dutch, working around his needs. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of pet care. She provided regular updates, pictures, etc. Not to mention, the price was outstanding! Shout out to Amy, we will definitely trust her again with Dutch next time we go out of town.”

About: The Care Takers That is primarily me. I love pets. I have a dog of my own. I became a sitter because I know how important it is to have a safe and affordable place for our furry family members to stay. I also really enjoy training dogs. I usually spend 15 min per day trying new tricks with my pups and any guest pups in the house. My partner lives with me as well. He also loves dogs. He is a vigilant food and water bowl filler upper. He's also a loyal behind-the-ears-doggy-scratcher. The Companions Lola and Quinn are my roommates. Lola is an American Cocker Spaniel who is 9 years old. Quinn is our cat that is calm and friendly. They are both friendly with small and large dogs. The Home Is located off Ridge Road in Smyrna. The house has hardwood throughout and tile in the kitchen/sunroom. Pets are allowed in all areas of the home as long as they've been house trained. We have a large crate for dogs who have been crate trained and are comfortable staying in one while we are away. Dogs are allowed on the couch as long as owners allow this type of behavior in their own home (we don't want to break any obedience training that has been established). The Outside I live in a single-family home with a large back yard. It is 75% fenced with a natural tree line and small creek on the far end. Keeping pets contained to this area is manageable but pets can be kept on leash if they’re known to be runners! There are plenty of shaded areas. There is a large and small patio that the dogs have access to. On warm days I fill up the doggy pool. For the most part, the backyard is free-range. My pets play fetch with balls, sticks, and frisbees. They are very friendly and are not protective or territorial of their food or toys. I work from home most days and am available for walks, playtime, naps, and pet specific care throughout the day. We are up and moving round early and keep a pretty steady schedule. I have a large yard fenced on three sides with a creek bordering the final side where dogs can run and have fun in a safe environment (if mom and dad approve).
“this was my first time leaving Leo with any one. Manoela was great. Leo was well taken care of and she sent me videos of him playing, going on walks with her dog Lucy, who was a cutie pie herself. My experience with Manoela was great and will use her from now on whenever I need a dog sitter.”

“Ali took great care of Rumi! She made sure Rumi had plenty of outdoor time and kept me updated every day. I really appreciated the daily messages and photos, it gave me peace of mind while I was away. I’d definitely recommend Ali for dog sitting!”

“Brooke is awesome! She watched our dog for 7 days, and we couldn't be happier with the care she received. Brooke paid attention to every detail we had mentioned to her, including putting medication on our dogs ears as needed. She sent us multiple photos every day and our dog looked happy and content! She's a very knowledgeable dog person and we'll definitely be using her again.”

“As soon as I meet Kin and her children I felt comfortable leaving my dog overnight at their home. Kim is great about responding and giving me updates throughout the day. They where amazing with my dog chloe and I could tell she had a lot of exercise when I took her back home which is what I wanted :)”

“She was always very responsive and provided updates throughout the stay. My cat looked happy and calm in pictures and was still calm and content after picking him up. Will definitely use her again if we need to.”

“Anahis and her family were amazing. This was our first time having Anahis watch Chloe and she did a great job keeping us up to date on how Chloe was doing by sending us several photos and videos throughout the weekend. Chloe seemed to have a great time and we will definitely be using Anahis again!”

“Ashley and family were great with our dog Piper and I’d highly recommend Ashley. She kept regular contact with us on how Piper was doing, kept her exercised and played with. We will definitely using Ashley again in the future.”

“Chackriya took such good care of my baby, Kubo! It’s the day after seeing her and he is SO sleepy! It’s very apparent she had lots of playtime with him and took him on lots of walks! I loved receiving all the cute photos/videos of him while we were away. Chackriya is a fantastic communicator, caretaker, and I recommend her to anyone in need of a sitter. 6 out of 5 stars!”

“Terry was the ultimate sitter! She took excellent care of our dog Orion and sent pictures everyday that I was away. The next time I need a sitter I will be sure to reach out to Terry!”

Marietta pet parents share their Rover experiences
She did an amazing job with Sheru, my dog was difficult with her and she did the best she could with him ! You can clearly tell she loves dogs and treats them as they should be treated. With love ! 100% recommend her Frequently took him out, followed the feeding schedule, let him sleep with her which I told her was ok to do. Sent photos and videos of him multiple times through the stay as well. Quick with communication which is important. 10/10 recommend

You could not ask for a more compassionate and thoughtful soul to trust with your best friend. My dog unfortunately gave Imge a much more difficult time than I anticipated he would, but she was so thoughtful and positive through the entire experience. I’m not sure I could have expected another caretaker to be as patient and generous as she was with my senior boy acting out. Thanks again for everything.

Clarissa is definitely someone i’d bring my pup to anytime. very communicative. gave me updates throughout the day. u can definitely tell she treated my pup like her own! thank you so much! i appreciate you. being away from my pup for the second time and she made me feel so good about it. i knew she was in good hands the moment she told me come inside to see where she will be hanging out while i was on vacation! 🥹
