Elisabeth and Forrest are amazing! From the moment I brought Pixie over for a meet-and-greet, I could feel the positive energy in their home and knew they would be a great fit for her. One of the biggest signs was Pixie’s behavior during our visit—rather than running to the nearest hiding spot, she came out of her carrier, explored the house, and plopped down on the floor as if she were already at home. During Pixie’s stay, she unexpectedly developed conjunctivitis and needed an emergency vet visit. Elisabeth and Forrest handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. They kept me informed every step of the way, which gave me tremendous peace of mind while I was away. By the time I picked Pixie up, her eye was almost completely healed. This was my first time using Rover and my first time leaving Pixie with a sitter, so I was naturally a little nervous. Despite the unexpected health issue, I truly believe Pixie enjoyed her stay and was well cared for. I highly recommend Elisabeth and Forrest and would absolutely trust them with Pixie again.
This was my first time boarding Sunday in someone’s home. I was very nervous. Forrest and Elisabeth made me feel very comfortable by asking lots of questions about how to take care of my pup and sending updates that include pictures. Sunday was anxious her first couple of days there but by pickup day, I don’t think she wanted the fun to end! We would definitely book with Forrest and Elisabeth again!
Amanda is the person you would want to care for your fur baby! She is very caring and has a passionate spirit. She's very responsive keeping you updated on plenty of photos and videos. Peppa enjoyed the walks. Peppa also enjoyed playing with her kids and small dog. She made the transition smoothly and was for us. I felt comfortable and at ease with her as this is my first pet.
Amanda was wonderful with our dog, Cobe. She was always easy to contact and responded quickly whenever I reached out. She kept us updated on how Cobe was doing and sent lots of pictures, which really gave us peace of mind while we were away. Most importantly, she genuinely seemed to care about Cobe and his well-being. It’s such a comfort knowing he has a “home away from home” whenever we go out of town. We would absolutely trust Amanda with him again and highly recommend her!
Unique is hands down the BEST!!! We’ve booked with her twice and at this point she’s our go to every time we go on vacation! Her communication is top tier, very flexible with drop off/pick up, she keeps you updated with pictures and videos the whole time. My Teddy gets so much love, cuddles, and plenty of outside time. She truly treats him like her own and it shows. I never have to worry when he’s with her. 10/10 isn’t even enough, highly recommend!!! Ken and Sam were great boarders and sitters. They sent us daily videos and photos and updated us on the behavior of our dogs. Their place is very conducive to dogs with a complete turf, fenced in yard with plenty of dog toys and agility obstacles. Will definitely keep them on our list of preferred care givers.
Sarah was amazingly flexible and kind. She is the first sitter I used with Rover and provided a great experience. Sarah sent pictures and answered all my questions. Crystal was PHENOMENAL! She was easy to communicate with, she was allowed us to adjust drop off times and sent us plenty of pictures and videos. Duke didn’t want to leave when we went to pick him up so it’s safe to say he had a blast! Will most definitely be using Crystal again
