About: We are a family of 4 and we do doggie care together. We have been dog sitting off and on for over 9 years and just recently moved to Georgia from WA State. We have cared of dogs from puppies to elderly, from not socialized I, Marija work from home, and dad is retired, so that means someone is always at home with the dogs. Our house backyard opens into a public park which also allows us to take the dogs on engaging safe walks. we have an unfenced yard that we are working on fencing as we speak. The dogs are in our house with us, and they are allowed to roam free.
“Hope was absolutely incredible with my dog, Charlie. She gave her so much love and I felt so calm knowing that Charlie was well taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommend Hope for all dog sitting needs!”

“Norma & Luke’s home was a perfect fit for Milli. She made herself at home upon our initial meet & greet, so I scheduled a playdate a couple of days later and she got along great with the other fur friends that were there. They sent pictures and updates of her during the stay. We will definitely schedule future daycare stays.”

I have a passion for all animals and will do whatever is needed to ensure the happiness and safety of your fur baby :) I currently work from home full time so I will always be around and I will have plenty of time to play and engage with your pets. Sosa (My 3 year old Frenchie) and I would love their company. I am available for boarding at any time. I have a nice sized apartment with a large, open field directly behind it with scenic of views of Reeves Lake and other aspects of Mother Nature. This is where I allow my dog to run around and enjoy himself. There is also a fenced dog park in the community that we like to visit as well. Your pet will get walked 2-3 times a day depending on your preference and will have plenty of treats and toys to play with when we are back inside. I also have multiple orthopedic dog beds around my apartment so your pet can get some good rest. I have covers on all of my furniture so they are welcome to hangout there as well!

I treat every dog in my care like they’re part of my own family, providing plenty of attention, patience, exercise, and affection. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, and energy levels, including playful puppies, active dogs who need extra exercise, and senior pets who need a little more patience and gentle care. About: Hi there! I’m new to Rover but not new to caring for pets as we have a 10-year-old fur baby of our own and we've had him since he was a pup. I have board and sit both dogs and cats for families several times and realized how much we enjoyed their company and how easy it was for to us have them in our homes especially given that we've already have a very similar routine in caring for Jojo. Boarding Care: We take our dog out 4x per day; once in the morning (7-9am), afternoon (12-2pm), evening (5-7pm) and then at night (9-11pm) before bedtime. Food can be put out anytime, and happy to accommodate request on food instructions. About Jojo: he is our best little guard dog so the first couple of mins when you are entering his home he'll bark and sniff. He does adjust quickly and gets along well with other dogs around his size. He is our only dog so when you board with us your pet too will have a friend to play with. We do have a pet of our own and a good existing routine, so we are able to host quite seamlessly so you can board with peace of mind. We have over half an acre of fenced backyard so rest assured they are safe and will have plenty of space to mark their spots.

“My pup loves going to Candice’s.. he has plenty of friends to play with, plenty of room to run around outside, and gets love and attention from Candice and Casey, who are easy to communicate with and are professional.”

“Tempest is great with Millie. Millie was so happy to see her today. She has separation anxiety but Tempest has managed to work through that with her. So happy to have Tempest keep her for me.”

“Daniella is so incredibly sweet -with dogs and their humans:). My dog loves her, her sweet dog Rocky and her husband! She has a wonderful backyard, relaxed, happy home where can easily go in and out as she wants. Daniella has also been so kind and understanding w my schedule that has been ever changing for a while. I also greatly appreciate that she is very careful with the dogs she mixes to ensure All in her care are happy and safe!”

“Stacey is such a blessing! She is so patient with our shy pup and has taken extra effort to make her feel at home away from home. We bring our dog to her place regularly for doggie day care and she loves playing fetch in their big yard. Communication is always prompt and she sends lots of pictures each day. Highly recommend!!”

“Alexandra was very accommodating to take care of my puppy for several days while I worked. She is very responsive with communication and has a nice backyard for the dogs to play.”

“Ashli truly has a heart for furry friends! My 13 year old Jack Russell mix takes a long time to get used to other people outside of our family, but she truly enjoys her time away at Ashli‘s place. Ashli has made her home and garden into a the perfect place for her doggie visitors. She sends through the sweetest photos of the dogs in her care and gives a thorough update of all their activities. So happy we connected via Rover!”

My dogs have not been to see Hope in several months, however, when I dropped them yesterday they ran in as if they owned the place. Hope always sends updates during the day and lets me know if she sees anything unusual with either dog. By far the best sitter I have used on Rover.

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.

Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
