About: I provide a relaxed, tranquil environment that is perfect for owners and pets seeking a comfortable stay. My spacious house and a large fenced in back yard also provides enough room for your pet to freely roam when they want to. I’m retired and have an abundance of time to exclusively devote to your furry friend. Given I spend so much time doing chores around the house, they will be under constant supervision. My ample free time also allows me to spend outside time with them in the yard or play with them in the house. I care for pets with lots of attention and love. My main focus is to not interrupt their current routine given they will be in a new place. I work with owners to establish boundaries and generally try to mimicking what they are used to on a daily basis.

About: I work from home, have a fenced in backyard, a flexible schedule, and only take one family at a time. I have experience with animals across the lifespan from bottle-fed kittens to senior dogs, special needs pets, and a variety of different animals. I've had pets my whole life: cats (kittens and seniors), dogs (puppies and seniors), birds, fish, and even a domestic rat named Mortimer. I am the first person my friends and family ask to pet sit, because their animals love me, and I love them like my own. I used to foster for a pet rescue and had 10 cats at one point. They were all well taken care of and somehow they all got along! I even fostered a paraplegic cat who I took to physical therapy and had to help him eliminate manually, and a diabetic cat who I had to give insulin injections to. I work from home and have a flexible schedule. This allows for plenty of playtime in the fenced in backyard, cuddles, and walks in our quiet cul-de-sac community. My goal is to provide affordable, reliable care for those who may need to be away from their fur babies during the day or during travel, and want a safe, loving, fun place for them to stay. I have a fenced in back yard and a quiet community, perfect for daytime dog care or boarding. My 7 year old daughter loves animals and is a good helper. Between the two of us, your pet will never be bored or lack for companionship. When caring for dogs, they must be good with children and I would like to arrange a meet and greet beforehand. I prefer to pet sit one animal at a time, or one family at a time (if the family has multiple pets). I prefer not to have animals from different families at the same time, to avoid causing stress and discomfort for the animals.

About: I’ve been surrounded by pets since I was 6 years old and can’t imagine life without them. I’ve cared for both dogs and cats my entire life, and while I specialize in small dog breeds due to the space in my townhouse, I am experienced with pets of all sizes and temperaments. Whether it’s house sitting, dog walking, or providing care for multiple pets at a time, I bring the same level of attention and love to each furry friend. Your pet will enjoy walks, playtime, cuddles, and even a good conversation 😃. I work full time, have 1 small chihuahua, & 1 tuxedo cat. My mother lives with me & she works from home. We are both fierce pet lovers & she is beyond excited to start this Rover journey with me. She will provide care during the hours that I am away from home, should your pet be in our home on a day that I am working. When I get home from work I will be responsible for providing early morning & evening care. My days off are Sunday & Monday so those days they will have my full attention, doing fun activities, walking, playing outside, etc. Pet owners will have full access to both of us 24/7 for check in, pictures, FaceTime & as much communication as you’d like. Every morning starts with a little routine of love in my home—light stretching and snuggles before the day begins. My chihuahua absolutely adores her morning stretch and pets, and it sets such a happy tone for the day! After that, it’s time for a refreshing walk, breakfast, and a quick stop to visit “grandma” upstairs in her office. In the office, we’ve created a clean and cozy play area just for the pets. It’s fully stocked with fresh water, food, toys, pee pads (for those just-in-case moments), and even a cat tree for our kitty. Everything is designed to keep them safe, comfortable, and entertained. Whether your pets are staying with me or I’m coming to care for them in your home, you can rest easy knowing their well-being and your peace of mind are my top priorities. I treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure they’re not only cared for but also loved, protected, and happy in their environment.

About: I have been an avid dog lover my entire life. I currently have a hound/pittie mix. They are my whole world. I have watched over dogs of varying age, breed, and size. You can rest assured that I will treat your baby like it was my baby. I’m also well versed in watching dog reactive pups. I work hybrid during the week- three days in office and two at home. Days in office are usually half days. Weekends are spent at home. I make sure they go out for potty breaks often and ensure they spend time outside whether it is in a backyard or taking a walk.

About: Hi there! I’m new to Rover but not new to caring for pets as we have a 10-year-old fur baby of our own and we've had him since he was a pup. I have board and sit both dogs and cats for families several times and realized how much we enjoyed their company and how easy it was for to us have them in our homes especially given that we've already have a very similar routine in caring for Jojo. Boarding Care: We take our dog out 4x per day; once in the morning (7-9am), afternoon (12-2pm), evening (5-7pm) and then at night (9-11pm) before bedtime. Food can be put out anytime, and happy to accommodate request on food instructions. About Jojo: he is our best little guard dog so the first couple of mins when you are entering his home he'll bark and sniff. He does adjust quickly and gets along well with other dogs around his size. He is our only dog so when you board with us your pet too will have a friend to play with. We do have a pet of our own and a good existing routine, so we are able to host quite seamlessly so you can board with peace of mind. We have over half an acre of fenced backyard so rest assured they are safe and will have plenty of space to mark their spots.

My experience administering medication I am happy to administer any necessary medications and supplements. I have been doing so for as long as I can remember, IV, IM, topical, and oral. I build my schedule around clients needs. Mine eat at 8 AM and 6 pm and get outside for fresh air and a bio bark every 4-5 hours. In a client's home, I leave absolutely no trace I have ben there. Extreme attention to detail, respect for your environment, and I follow instructions with precision. In my home, I follow the schedule I am given and keep a low and slow approach, giving them space, time, and calm/quiet emotional support to adjust. In both environments you will receive videos, pics, and updates multiple times per day.

My husband and I formerly rescued and fostered multiple rat terriers and placed them in loving homes through an organization called New Rattitude. While I was in high school and college I worked for two animal clinics in the Metro Atlanta area and volunteered with local animal shelters. My family pets over the past 22 years were 2 Rat Terriers and 2 Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mixes that all lived to be seniors. I have experience in caring for dogs of all ages. Since I am at home so much, your dogs will be not be lonely, they will be doted on and treated like royalty. I have a large fenced in yard for sniffing, exercise and exploration. I only take one client at a time. I do not have any pets of my own. Yours will have my undivided attention and care. I will update you with photos and status reports on a daily basis. Please understand that while we have experience with senior dogs and dogs with special needs, we are currently unable to book dogs that are experiencing incontinence (even with diapers) and night time pacing/spatial disorientation/sleeplessness that comes with senility. Since I work from home, I will keep your dog on any required schedule such as medications, supplements, specific feeding times, and potty breaks. Playtimes and naptimes will be intermittent throughout the day. I have comfy doggie beds throughout the house and under my office desk. My home is clean and safe. I have a secure, fenced in yard with many areas to explore and space to run around. All gates are padlocked. I also stay outside with the dogs that are in my care. I leave a full bowl of water out 24 -7. I allow dogs to sleep in my bed if that is what they are accustomed to, I can also crate them if that is preferred. Your dog(s) will be safe and happy as guests in my home. I have a Red Cross Certification in Pet First Aid in the rare occasion there would be a need. I am also sensitive to dogs with thunder and firework fears, we have a comfy furnished basement space that mutes the bad sounds and we hang out there until everything calms down.
