Doggy Day Care in Lake Forest

About: I work from home and would love to host and care for your fur babies while you are at work or away on vacation. I have loved animals of all types my entire life. My husband and I formerly rescued and fostered multiple rat terriers and placed them in loving homes through an organization called New Rattitude. I currently have a volunteer position with the same organization as a microchip coordinator. While I was in high school and college I worked for two animal clinics in the Metro Atlanta area and volunteered with local animal shelters. My family pets over the past 22 years were 2 Rat Terriers and 2 Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mixes that all lived to be seniors. I have experience in caring for dogs of all ages. Since I am at home so much, your dogs will be not be lonely, they will be doted on and treated like royalty. I have a large fenced in yard for sniffing, exercise and exploration. I only take one client at a time. I do not have any pets of my own currently, Yours will have my undivided attention and care. I will update you with photos and status reports on a daily basis. Since I work from home, I will keep your dog on any required schedule such as medications, supplements, specific feeding times, and potty breaks. Playtimes and naptimes will be intermittent throughout the day. I have comfy doggie beds throughout the house and under my office desk. My home is clean and safe. I have a secure, fenced in yard with many areas to explore and space to run around. All gates are padlocked. I also stay outside with the dogs that are in my care. I leave a full bowl of water out 24 -7. I allow dogs to sleep in my bed if that is what they are accustomed to, I can also crate them if that is preferred. Your dog(s) will be safe and happy as guests in my home. I have a Red Cross Certification in Pet First Aid in the rare occasion there would be a need. I am also sensitive to dogs with thunder and firework fears, we have a comfy furnished basement space that mutes the bad sounds and we hang out there until everything calms down.

About: I have always loved and cared for dogs. I welcome the opportunity to help in whatever capacity is needed. I can walk, play with, feed and give your pup the amount of love and attention they deserve and more. You will have nothing to worry about if you reach out to me. I am trustworthy and honest and have nothing but your dogs best interest at heart. I am in Acworth and closer to both Kennesaw and Woodstock. I am currently looking to take Rover work as it arises with no other job to interfere so that I can give my full attention to caring for your pet. I am currently able to make dog walking visits at your home and can take boarding in my home if I am free. Anything your pet needs, I will do my best to accommodate.

About: I have always had dogs and loved animals my whole life. I currently have two dogs and one cat at home. I doggy sit often for friends and loving having play dates with other dogs. My family is used to having others spend days with us at a time and we love to snuggle in bed together. I’m a teacher so I’m free all summer long to be with your babies. I have a dog that is my morning girl. She will get up at 5 am and we go get breakfast and go outback for potty break. We go out at 8 am for a walk and usually have the doggy dog open for them to go outback back for the bathroom during the day. I will do a final walk at around 8pm and get everyone all the night time routine of dinner and meds and greenies. I have a fenced back yard. It’s very large and I teach any new dog to use the doggy door. I love snuggling during the day on the couch with them or in bed. We sometimes go out to the park and really just want for their needs.

With our recently completed deck and fence, your beloved puppies will be able to explore the big yard and enjoy the beautiful lake view and all the wildlife that it has to offer! Pet care fits easily into my daily routine! I work from home every day so taking the dogs out, playing with them, and simply spending time with them is as simple as making my morning coffee! As stated in my profile, I have a big fenced in yard with easy access from either side of the house and the basement door. I also have a very friendly, and playful Shiba Inu called Maple who loves to make new friends and show off her toy basket! About: I have been caring for pets for over 20 years now. Experience with both dogs and cats. I love to spoil your pets and will treat them like family.. We purposefully don’t take a lot of animals at a time so that your dog will have the individual attention they need. We go out of our way to make your dog feel right at home!! I currently work out of the house mostly so am in and out throughout the day. I am usually home throughout the day. I am able to give your animal the love and care that it needs. I have a large home with dog leads outside so that they can spend time outside if they want to. Depending on training and size, we allow dogs on our couch to relax.

About: Hi there! I’m new to Rover but not new to caring for pets as we have a 10-year-old fur baby of our own and we've had him since he was a pup. I have board and sit both dogs and cats for families several times and realized how much we enjoyed their company and how easy it was for to us have them in our homes especially given that we've already have a very similar routine in caring for Jojo. Boarding Care: We take our dog out 4x per day; once in the morning (7-9am), afternoon (12-2pm), evening (5-7pm) and then at night (9-11pm) before bedtime. Food can be put out anytime, and happy to accommodate request on food instructions. About Jojo: he is our best little guard dog so the first couple of mins when you are entering his home he'll bark and sniff. He does adjust quickly and gets along well with other dogs. He is our only dog so when you board with us your pet too will have a friend to play with. We do have a pet of our own and a good existing routine, so we are able to host quite seamlessly so you can board with peace of mind. We have over half an acre of fenced backyard so rest assured they are safe and will have plenty of space to mark their spots.

Meet my pets I have two Pomeranians. About my yard Fenced, however I prefer to hand walk client's pets. I am a jogger so if your pet is used to jogging each day for exercise we can make that happen. My experience administering medication I am happy to administer any necessary medications and supplements. I have been doing so for as long as I can remember, IV, IM, topical, and oral. I build my schedule around clients needs. Mine eat at 8 AM and 6 pm and get outside for fresh air and a bio bark every 4-5 hours. In a client's home, I leave absolutely no trace I have ben there. Extreme attention to detail, respect for your environment, and I follow instructions with precision. In my home, I follow the schedule I am given and keep a low and slow approach, giving them space, time, and calm/quiet emotional support to adjust. In both environments you will receive videos, pics, and updates multiple times per day.
