Retired Veterinary Technician
I was a Guide Dog for the Blind puppy raiser in college, and have a pre-veterinary degree from The University of Georgia in Animal Science. I retired from the veterinary field after 15 years due to a back injury, but still have a passion to take care of pets. I’ve been the one to take care of family pets since I was little, and have pet sat since middle school. My husband and I lost our beloved golden due to cancer a couple of years ago and our cat to lymphoma last year and haven’t been able to get another, so we are happy to host your fur baby in our dog, cat, and child free home where they will be the center of attention.

Kelsey and Marcus were terrific! Our dog, Calvin, is older and struggles with anxiety. He's also taking a few meds. They took such great care of him and stayed in touch with us (sent beautiful pics!). He wasn't stressed when he came home, as he has been in the past. Can't say enough good things about them!
Kelsey and Marcus are the best!!! We've never left our two doggies before, and they were the perfect pet parents to leave them with. They sent photo updates regularly, and we never doubted for a moment that our boys were well-loved.
Marnie was so well taken care of by Kelsey and Marcus. They were very responsive to her needs and restrictions due to recent surgery. It was so nice to get daily photos. I will definitely use them again for Marnie’s care.
What amazing sitters. Our very discriminating pittie immediately made himself at home and was very cuddly and happy with Kelsey. We will definitely have Kelsey as our go-to sitter in the future!

Kelsey was fantastic with our pittie! We did a trial meet & greet day just to see how our pup would do since he prone to resource guarding and can be aggressive with other dogs. Kelsey immediately put him at ease and clearly was super comfortable around him. The space was great with lots of light, comfy spots to lounge, and fenced in back patio area. We have already booked our next stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an experienced care giver!

I am unavailable in the early morning (unless they are boarding), but have an otherwise flexible schedule to meet you and your fur baby’s needs.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a 6 foot privacy fenced in back yard as well as a paved 1 mile sidewalk loop in my neighborhood so they will be able to get their exercise and play time! I also have an extra large crate available if your pet needs a cozy spot to stay and relax if needed.
A typical day
I’d love to play your fur babies favorite games or just cuddle for hours. My fenced in backyard allows off leash play and my neighborhood has a convenient 1 mile loop for walks.
