“Kaitlyn is awesome. She knows my dog so well and treats her as her own. Charlie can't wait for her walks with Kaitlyn. It always puts me at ease knowing kaitlyn is coming to take her out and play :)”
“We have a hectic household with 3 dogs that don’t all walk together. Tanya walked all of them great and was super amenable to all the extras we needed to make it work. We highly recommended her!”

About: I am originally from England and now live in Marietta ! My family have always been animal lovers and I was fortunate enough to have a variety of animals growing up from dogs, cats, birds and gerbils! I currently have two cats and regularly dog sit and walk for my father-in-law who has a German Shepherd mix and an American bulldog mix! My partner is also animal crazy and was brought up basically on a farm with more animals then could ever be imagined from dogs to deers to goats. I have also helped out at dog sanctuaries in Greece and enjoy just being around animals. If you have any questions please feel free to message! I've recently just moved to the US so I have plenty of free time while I settle and I don't think there is any better way to settle in than with some animals! I have 3 dog-friendly indoor cats that mind their own business. I have a great dog park near my home I enjoy going on long walks and hikes too if your dog enjoys that! I have a crate if that is required for your pet

About: I’ve always had a natural connection with dogs and understand that every pet has their own personality, needs, and routines. I treat every dog in my care like they’re part of my own family, providing plenty of attention, patience, exercise, and affection. I’m comfortable caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, and energy levels, including playful puppies, active dogs who need extra exercise, and senior pets who need a little more patience and gentle care. I focus on creating a safe, comfortable environment where pets feel happy and relaxed while their owners are away. What sets me apart is my dedication to giving each pet individual attention. Whether it’s a long walk, playtime, feeding routines, medication reminders, or simply keeping a dog company, I make sure they feel loved and cared for. I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, which allows me to provide plenty of attention and care for the pets I look after. Since I create my own schedule, I’m able to accommodate different routines, including regular walks, drop-in visits, and extended stays. Having a flexible work schedule means I can spend quality time with pets throughout the day, provide consistent care, and make sure they don’t feel lonely while their owners are away. I’m happy to work with each pet’s individual needs and maintain their normal routines as much as possible. I understand that trusting someone with your pet is a big decision, and I take that responsibility seriously. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or visiting a client’s home, I focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and stress-free environment. I follow each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, exercise, medication instructions, and any special preferences they may have. I always make sure pets have a clean, safe space, plenty of attention, and supervision while they’re in my care. I’m respectful of every client’s home and treat it with the same care I would want someone to show mine. My goal is to give pets a positive experience while giving owners peace of mind knowing their animals are being cared for by someone dependable and attentive.
About: I’ve also grown up with animals since I was a baby! I’ve have horses, dogs, cats, turtles… YOU NAME IT, I’VE HAD IT😆 Neighbors, family, and friends have relied on me to feed, play, walk, and love on their furry friends! I am currently working part time/stay at home wife. So I have plenty of time to to love on and be with your fur babies😊 Unfortunately, I am not set up in the right environment to be able to watch your pet in my own home. Maybe in the future! :)
“Connor thank you so much for taking care of our girls! He went the extra mile to make sure they were taken care of, and that the kitty was all set. We will absolutely be booking for any walking needs in the future!!”

About: Growing up my family always had dogs and when I moved out I got my first cat and have only become more obsessed with animals since! We currently have a dog (Odin) and three cats. We have both been doing Rover for almost a year now and love animals of all breeds, ages, and types! Between my schedule and Forrest's, there will almost always be someone available for a drop-in! When boarding with us, your pet will not be alone any longer than 4-6 hours! We care for every pet like our own, ensuring that they are not alone very long and that every pet is safe and comfortable is our top priority. We do have a fenced yard and will be able to let them outside often! We have two big water fountains and bowls scattered throughout the house so everyone will have plenty of water! We also have lots of cat & dog toys to keep them entertained! I will always make sure your pet has a clean water bowl and is fed properly and on time.
About: I’ve been surrounded by pets since I was 6 years old and can’t imagine life without them. I’ve cared for both dogs and cats my entire life, and while I specialize in small dog breeds due to the space in my townhouse, I am experienced with pets of all sizes and temperaments. Whether it’s house sitting, dog walking, or providing care for multiple pets at a time, I bring the same level of attention and love to each furry friend. Your pet will enjoy walks, playtime, cuddles, and even a good conversation 😃. I’m also comfortable administering medication, handling light grooming, and following special feeding instructions—like keeping certain foods separate. Along with dogs, I’m available to care for kittens and cats as well, and I’m committed to making sure every pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I work full time, have 1 small chihuahua, & 1 tuxedo cat. My mother lives with me & she works from home. We are both fierce pet lovers & she is beyond excited to start this Rover journey with me. She will provide care during the hours that I am away from home, should your pet be in our home on a day that I am working. When I get home from work I will be responsible for providing early morning & evening care. My days off are Sunday & Monday so those days they will have my full attention, doing fun activities, walking, playing outside, etc. Pet owners will have full access to both of us 24/7 for check in, pictures, FaceTime & as much communication as you’d like. Every morning starts with a little routine of love in my home—light stretching and snuggles before the day begins. My chihuahua absolutely adores her morning stretch and pets, and it sets such a happy tone for the day! After that, it’s time for a refreshing walk, breakfast, and a quick stop to visit “grandma” upstairs in her office. In the office, we’ve created a clean and cozy play area just for the pets. It’s fully stocked with fresh water, food, toys, pee pads (for those just-in-case moments), and even a cat tree for our kitty. Everything is designed to keep them safe, comfortable, and entertained. Whether your pets are staying with me or I’m coming to care for them in your home, you can rest easy knowing their well-being and your peace of mind are my top priorities. I treat every pet as if they were my own, making sure they’re not only cared for but also loved, protected, and happy in their environment.

As a recently retired veteran, I have a flexible schedule and plenty of availability for your pets. I’m available for drop-in visits and walks throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. About: I've never NOT had pets. Even in college, I adopted a pet fish for company. All my life, I've experienced and cherished the companionship, joy, and love our pets share with us. I currently have two furry family members: a 10-year-old greyhound named Jace, and an indoor-outdoor cat named Nina. I also have two young boys, who have been taught to love and respect animals since birth. I look forward to the opportunity to meet your furry family members and love them as my own! I am currently between jobs, so I have ample time to devote to pet care. On weekends, my family loves to spend time outside going for long nature walks and birding. I have a large fenced in yard with plenty of space to roam and run. My bony greyhound requests a bed in every room, so there are plenty to spare. Said greyhound also gets along great with both cats and dogs.
About: I love both dogs and cats and have cared and loved them for many years. My friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me over the years to care for their beloved furry family members and that is just what I intend to do with yours! I work full time Monday-Friday so I am available evenings (after 5pm) on weekdays. I am available Saturday and Sunday all day and all evening. I am always very cautious when walking dogs and make sure to pay attention to my surroundings at all times. Your dog or cat will be very well cared for.

Absolutely amazing!! Tonya was so wonderful with my very stubborn, large dog when I had to leave him with my elderly parents for two weeks. She took him on his nightly long walk to get his exercise and he loved her! Tonya was also so kind to my parents when she picked him up and dropped him off each evening. I was able to enjoy my trip because I knew my pup was well taken care of! I cannot say enough great things about her!

Imge was outstanding as always. Great communication and care. Went above and beyond when she discovered a sore on our dog's foot. She took pictures and let us know what was going on, treated it, and made sure or did was comfortable and exercised without aggravating it, all while checking how we wanted to handle the issue. Our dog, Pretzel, loves her and we highly recommend Imge for any dog care.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
